3 BR, 2.5 bath with a back deck at 1700 sq ft is PERFECT! Love the exterior look but the roof line looks like the front door entry folks would get wet if it’s raining. Foyer is fine, as is the garage entry into the home and half bath up front. Would just have to change shoes in the garage in the winter snows. Love this living area as long as that’s a decent sized pantry by the fridge. I would add a wood burning stove in the living room though instead of that monstrosity of a fire. This would allow some bookcase space or a game table. TV screen on a swivel would allow the cook to watch some too! Great laundry room, full bath (near the kitchen), and the 2 guest rooms are wonderful both with WIC’s! Master Suite is extraordinary complete with a long WIC, full bath with both shower and tub! I love this floor plan!

The entry is long, but it's functional. I would remove the weird decorative (no chimney) fireplace in the living room. The bedrooms have ample natural light, and they all have walk-in closets. I like that the master has a separate shower and tub. I'm pleased with the drawers in the kitchen for lower cabinets, and there seems to be a pantry closet. Remove the silly fireplace and it's perfect!

The garage & mud room accomidation need to be moved over to the kitchen & laundry room area.That opens up the entrance inside and out. You might lose the half bath, but you can double your mechanical room. On an east west axis (front to back) there is so much south-facing roofline that solar is a viable option. That enlarged mechanical area is now perfect for all the Tesla walls you would need. Run natural gas to fire your on-demand water heater(s) and it is just about a perfect home for 2025.

I do not get the "container" looking design, i think your hallways are looking 32 inch, the wood inside will require constant attention due to UV, and the exterior wood will grey, or if varnished peel. The above counter sink in the laundry room, a place where a deep under counter stainless sink would be appreciative by a family.
