In my opinion this is absolutely not a gamble, i love the shapes of victorian houses, but i like the materials and interior design of modern houses, to me this house is perfect, i think it's going to sell fast.

The victorian aspect is amazing, just wish it had a little more roundedness to it. Everything is too blocky nowadays. Other than that it looks amazing. I'd love to build a modervictorian someday.

I love Victorian style homes and some modern things are great, but islands and peninsula belong on maps not in kitchens. They need to be yeeted out of existence! Other than that, I love your design and hope beautiful homes like Victorians and Neoclassicals make a comeback.

Thank you for the compliments! But the island is here to stay! It is a long standing staple even back before the Victorian era. They are so functional and beautiful!

@@johngioffrebuilds No baking tables and islands are very different things, baking tables can be carried or rolled out when they aren't needed or to make more space. The problem with island which is their fatal flaw is that they are fixed to the floor which makes them a naissance. Baking tables are here to stay but island and peninsulas have a terminal illness and will be gone in 20 years. Mark my words. :)
