At last I managed to synchronize our uploads. How appropriate to, since it's with the Synchro user lol. Yusei is definitely one of my favorite protagonists. The Stardust series just has such a cool aesthetic to them, and Accel Synchros are always badass. Once again, super fun deck to work on, and I'm glad it has a combination of both old and new classic staples of the Yusei strategy.

I am still waiting for the rest of GX Rewrite and the DND YGO, but I have also learned to be patient, as I know that you might have other plans or works at the ready. Keep doing your awesome job!

One card you definitely should’ve included is limit overdrive which let you return one sink of tuner and one non-tuner sync monster to the extra deck to some of monster that has the combine levels of these two monsters ignoring its summoning conditions this lets you get out stuff like cosmic, blazer, shooting quasar, and Shooting quasar dragon easier

Honestly, I'm surprised I didnt see Junk Speeder on this list. or T.G. Hyper Librarian. Or Omni Dragon Brotaur. All 3 of those cards have great synergy with Yusei's archetypes. heck, Junk Speeder is the biggest combo enabler I know for any synchro decks that can use synchrons.

All character decks on this channel are singleton decks, unless multiple copies of a specific card are required for a character (i.e. 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragons for Kaiba) If you're new to the channel I get how that might not be obvious, but if you watch multiple SpellCommander deck profiles, it's something you get used to.

@thatlonewolfguy2878 Nah the purpose of these are to combine their old cards from the anime and newer support cards to make a new main/side/extra of 40/15/15 different cards. Naturally, for characters who focus on the extra deck like Yusei, we like to cut down on the side and extend the extra, but it's always 70 total cards. It makes for a fun thought experiment and bit of character study.

Stardust monsters already take up the majority of the extra deck and aren't anywhere near as good as the Anime Stardust line and support. The rest of the Junk monsters aren't really good at all, so there wasn't much room for them.

The main difference between Standard and Turbo decks are the inclusion of Speed Spells, and Speed Spells have never existed anywhere outside of the Anime/Manga and Video Games, it's kind of a tough ask. Luckily for us, all of Yusei's cards that involve Signal Counters all have effects reminiscent of Speed Spells, and the Signal Counters themselves are reminiscent of Speed Counters. One such example is that the effect of "On Your Mark, Get Set, DUEL!" is reminiscent of the Speed Spell - Angel Baton, which draws 2 cards and discards 1.

It's a very cool card, but a lot of Yusei’s cards lock him to exclusively Synchros, so making a fusion would both be super difficult and janky.

I hate to point this out, but what you said about you say using all six signer dragons to summon Shooting Quasar Dragon is wrong. The only monsters that were played during that summoning were the synchro tuner Life Stream Dragon, Ancient Fairy Dragon, Black Rose Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, and Black Winged Dragon.

When Yusei breaks Z-ONE’s mask during their duel, he sees that Z-ONE looks like him and demands an explanation, so we basically get a flashback episode where we see Z-ONE’s original face and his decision to become Yusei. After he surgically alters himself to look like Yusei, he goes around fighting the Meklords with Stardust Dragon and, at one point, we see him use Cosmic Blazar. Then he crumpled the card when Zero Reverse happens.

Tbh that’s just about every deck with a good/ lots of support. I’ll say this though. Running Yusei’s cards and pulling off crazy moves when your first few initial plans fail will make you feel like you have over double that iq. It’s crazy versatile

Not really-- both can still be summoned via the floating effect of Stardust Warrior, and Junk Connector and Tuning can still search any Synchron, not to mention they can all be summoned from the deck with Junk Speeder. Synchro Overtake just felt unnecessary with all of those additional means of obtaining the two.

The irony of Synchron decks is despite the trap focus of Yusei in the anime/manga, to be able to spam all of the Delta Accel requires over 70% monsters. Cutting down the traps to make space for nontuners would be better, but also because you are pretending to be Yusei, I understand where this is going but I really don't like the four Synchro Traps or Synchro Creed. It took me FOREVER to understand that Synchro Material doesn't perform a Synchro Summon, which in this situation would be optimal during the opp turn selecting one of their monsters with Formula or Accel. But the only good targets during the opp turn would be Accel Synchro Stardust or Signal Warrior. My favorites would be Necroid Synchro, Synchro Dilemna, and Synchro Overtake. Synchro World seems like a better choice than Junktion. Only three ways to quick synchro during the opponent's turn and the traps that revive during the opp turn already assumes you have mass Synchro summoned already. Also synergizes with Signal Warrior which I don't think adds much but if you want to go ahead. If your aim is to Delta Accel you can't do 2+5+5 so Signal Warrior should be a Jet Warrior, whose revival effect is relevant too. Unless Wheel Synchron to decrease Signal Warrior to 5. But sticking to 2+5+5 would allow you to use Necroid Synchro in the GY because there's honestly no good level 4 Synchro in his repetoire to go 2+6+4. Synchro World and Synchro Rumble would also make the Crimson Dragon stronger instead of Double Summon or Stardust Wish because they're searchable. However I do understand that if you keep running into consistency issues, Junktion is your only fix to that. As a tech you can run Effect Veiler and One for One. Nothing more modern than a handtrap (sorry not looking at you Junkuriboh) and they're still Yusei cards. The focus of modern Yusei decks is around Jet Synchron and could enable Wurm as well.

With Synchro Material in specific, if it sticks around, Yusei can also use it on his own turn to use his regular tuners at the cost of his battle phase, but yeah, it is way better when used with his tuner synchros. Synchro World is definitely an amazing card. The only reason it's in the Side is because I wanted to group all of the cards that mention Crimson Dragon there, as I imagine it's not gonna be every duel that Yusei gets to (or wants to) pull that monster out. Double Summon is definitely an iconic Yusei card even if it's not as good as it used to be- it's still decent by Anime Character logic, which is what we're working with. Effect Veiler is definitely a good card, but considering that Yusei's boss monsters usually have some sort of Omni negate to them, I saw it as kind of overkill, and left it out.

@@whambamduel if this is modern but loyal to yusei character you’ve put like 6 accel/delta accel, in which anime wise only appeared against the toughest opponents with magical powers (Primo Antinomy Jack Zone Goodwin Halldor). A delta accel creates a super nova in space and crimson dragon is going to make those twice a duel. However I guess he used Shooting Star against team Taiyou. If the argument against crimson dragon is ‘he’s not going to play it every duel’ then you definitely need to cut down those accel because there’s few regular good synchros left for a regular John Smith NPC. Satellite warrior I think. Jet warrior is a good small boss monster and the definition of an Accel synchro enabler. I play tested your hands online and the traps clogged any combos I could make if I didn’t get speeder. And if I got speeder I absolutely was going Accel Stardust and Crimson Dragon plays without road warrior or jet warrior. Ive played this deck my entire life the only Crimson card we play is Rumble and nothing else (but I do like Synchro World summoning Crimson Dragon). Double summon was used once by Yusei in a forgettable standing duel. Idk how that’s iconic he literally uses one for one more times and it was one of the strongest modern cards to date, still used to this day in meta. You already have extra normal summons in Carrier and Wheel and can search both of them. one for one into tuningware is incredibly iconic for synchron players from 2012-2014 while setting up quilbolt Wurm and doppel quickly. Effect veiler was the key card for years for junk doppel players because the only good unbanned level 1 tuner unknown synchron just isn’t very good until jet synchron was printed. It being a light level 1 tuner made formula and chaos monsters like BLS and Chaos Sorcerer for extra interruption while revival off of Junk Synchron, because every other hand trap was level 3 and 4. Not pure I'm aware, but it is a Yusei deck first.
