Define a goal. Divide it to small goals in term of time. Work hard. Fail and keep trying. I went back to university at the age of 25. 5 years ago i suffered from depression and I wished I had been dead. I am 30 now and working as en English teacher. It is never too late.

25 ? you mean you just started life a few years ago, I'm a few years older than yourself, and still have no work, but your right, never ever too late. because the time is always NOW, if you let your age limit you, other people will limit you, If you let your past experiences give your more courage, hope and inspiration, that is what others will get from you too. the world is a mirror

I am 20 years old and turning 21 next week. All my life I have been told all these amazing things about myself. How smart I am and how much potential I have. What I wish is that I believed in myself as much as other people did because I have been selling myself short and not going as hard as I can. In the next 5 years my number one goal is to have unshakable confidence and to explore my potential fully without fear and doubt.

Summary: You cannot unconsciously achieve your goals. You have to actively design your life with your goals in mind. You can script your life towards where you wanna go. Example: Coaches have a plan for their team and their games, Buildings need a blueprint design for them to be constructed. Part 1: Vision or Game Plan How to do it? Through journaling Journal about the kind of life you envision for yourself Make a note of "what are the coolest things that I could have 5 years from today” Consciously and actively think about it and put it down on paper or somewhere. The important thing in this step is to figure out 'where' do you wanna go with your life, and in what direction? You don't have to entirely know how to get there immediately. Part 2: How to get there: Through building habits. Break down your goals into habits. a that you can do every day. For example: If your larger goal is to lose 30 pounds, instead of focusing on those 30 pounds, make eating homecooked food and exercising for 20 minutes a day your habit. Part 3: Follow through with your plan. Review your progress. Tweak your goals and habits based on how you are progressing.

@rachealhubert74 This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. Procrastination is painful! And there's a lot of guilt associated with it. For me it comes from a) being faced with a task I don't want to do, b) being faced with a task that is too easy, so the time crunch makes it challenging, or c) I didn't really have anything rewarding I wanted to do once that was done. Of course I didn't always realise this, and just thought I was lazy and disorganized, hence the guilt. Once I realised that I really enjoy doing things last minute because it brings out all my skills, focus and energy, the guilt went away! Once I realised I don't have things I really want to do on the other side of that 'have to' task, I started paying attention to what I would enjoy. Now I either accept it, give myself a break and just procrastinate, set up a reward of things I really enjoy in life so it's motivating to get the task out of the way, and cram 3 or 4 tasks simultaniously to make it more challenging (and yes, to appeal to my adhd tendencies and way of working). Not sure if that resonates with you, but the point is to know yourself, know what you get out of procrastinating, and whether you really want to change. Then accept who you are and set up systems that work for you.

@POPDATA 3 жыл бұрын
Break down the monsters (personal goals/responsbilities) into smaller pieces (steps), draw a timeline of the steps to know how long it will take for you to fully conquer the monster, schedule the smaller steps or tasks , conquer every piece by taking action... If u dont know exactly what your personal goals/responsabilities are... search for the Wheel of Life and focus on each aspect of life and see what is the thing you are procrastinating on. Think about "how could I improve this part of my life? What are the barriers im facing in this part of my life?" Then you will find yourself setting goals in every aspect of your life and then you can proceed to break them down into smaller daily steps

I DIDN'T START THIS UNTIL I WAS 62. YOU CAN DO IT. I STARTED WITH THE JOURNAL WRITING DOWN THOUGHTS ON MONEY MANAGEMENT. I READ RICH DAD POOR DAD BOOK. I PUT A PENNY IN A BOX AND WROTE RULES FOR MONEY MANAGEMENT. LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ASSETS AND LIABILITIES. MAKE THE BOX YOUR NUMBER ONE FINANCIAL PRIORITY. SET A GOAL OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU WANT TO DOUBLE THE PENNY IN THE BOX. KEEP THE JOURNAL HE TALKS ABOUT AND RECORD OF THE PENNY. THE BOX WILL TEACH YOU TO MANAGE MONEY, PAY YOURSELF FIRST BY DOUBLING THE PENNY. I STARTED WITH ONE CENT WITH A GOAL TO DOUBLE IT 20 TIMES. DO A LITTLE CALCULATION . START WITH .O1 CENTS TIMES 2 X2 X2 FOR 20 TIMES TO GET THE IDEA. THEN CARRY THIS OUT TO 30 TIMES. NOW, GET STARTED WITH THE PENNY.

Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight! I feel anxious and depressed most days but I still have hope that one day, Ill be able to look back at this time period and be grateful that I went though it because its making me grow as a person. My goals consist of: -Saying my affirmations twice a day. -Making self care a priority. -Meeting more like-minded people. -Eating better and doing physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day. -Staying off social media for good. (I tend to compare myself to others when i'm in this weird mindset, I dont want to be like that anymore. Also, I want to figure out who my real friends are) -Build a closer relationship with God. -Just be more positive. I really hope I look back at this comment a year from now and be proud that I've overcome my current challenge. I hope light is near.

I made some kind of a summary for the video, but it's pretty long. It has the 3 parts, plus a little appendix at the bottom with all the documents mentioned. 1. The Design, Vision: what is the coolest thing that could happen this year? a. the purpose here is to have a concrete goal on what you want to achieve, and aim for that with purpose, instead of wandering around aimlessly Methods: a. REVIEW Yearly Envisioning Document twice a day b. pocket journal : what you want, where to steer your life, random fleeting revelations c. Five Years From Today document d. regularly think about/write down what you want to build/create/achieve (anywhere or in pocket journal, then migrate to yearly/five yearly document?) 2. Daily Habits Every goal needs to have an associated process goal, aka about that is designed to approach the goal - break down goals into habits, OP uses 3 goals a year, 3 habits a goal, a certain amount of time each habit (try not to make habits goal oriented, make them time oriented) Methods: a. yearly envisioning document: read it every day, twice a day. 3. Follow Through - to make sure you follow through with your habits, have a master the day journal page: (did you follow all habits? what can you improve on?) - follow intuitions on if you want to pivot Methods: a. thursday mastermind: are you happy? Are you building the life you want? b. weekly strategy journal page c. daily habit tracking d. pocket moleskin journal: probably put master the day journal page in here too, or separate journal. DOCUMENTS AND JOURNALS MENTIONED 1A. YEARLY ENVISIONING DOCUMENT: - daily habits, unique projects for each quarter, self improvement tasks 1B. POCKET JOURNAL : - hunches, intuitions, and passing revelations: write down what changes about your thinking, ideas from books or podcasts, and nagging feelings that something is wrong (am i proud of what I am doing? do i like the direction my life is going in? is this relationship a lasting one?) - weekly journal page: where do you want to be? Are you on track? What has to change/can be improved? 1C. FIVE YEARS FROM TODAY: what would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next five years of my life?(forget about what seems "achievable" for the moment, because your idea of achievable is limited by who you are and what you have achieved right now). you want this page so that the goals are always on your mind, even if you aren't sure yet how to get there. review these every day. 2A. same as 1A 3A. I don't know much about these 3B. see 1B 3C. Daily Habit Tracking: you probably don't need to keep these trackers, just track every week in some scratch notebook and migrate reflections to the pocket journal. improvements on habits are subconsciously maintained in my experience. 3D. see 1B Sorry if this is also convoluted. I made this mostly for myself, but if you think it can be better formatted, feel free to reply with the better format. If i see it I'll edit my comment and paste the better format instead.

This is my description of the methods and specific questions you can ask to guide you through the creation of each document. The 6 methods to Consciously Design your life. 1) Yearly Envisioning document What is the coolest thing that could happen this year? Perfect year no limitations. What do I want to build in the future? What Consciously and Concretely do I want to improve? What Kind of Life do I want? What do I want to Create? What would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next 5 years in my life? What are some Unique project’s I want to work on in each quarter of the year? What are your top 3 goals? Think about the 3 goals you want to reach and break them down into 3 daily habits. What Daily Action steps will help me reach my goals? What things do I need to improve about myself? 2) YEARLY ENVISIONING PAGE SUMMARY Current 3 Yearly Goals All 9 daily habits The Current Unique project’s which I’m working on this quarter The Things I know I need to work on to improve myself 3)Pocket Journal For ideas The Point of this Journal is to record all the inspirations and thoughts you have throughout the day. Write down any ideas, reflections, or intuitive impressions you have throughout the day. What things do I want to manifest and create in my own life? This is a chronological log of your thoughts, Ideas Don’t need to be structured or fleshed out, just write 4)Progress Journal The Point of this Journal is to assess your progress in accomplishing your goals both daily and weekly. It has 2 parts, nightly and weekly -Master the Day Nightly Reflection Did I do what I intended to today? Where do I need to improve myself? Am I heading towards my goals? What did I do wrong today? Are you actually doing your habits? -Weekly Strategy Page: Journaling for Success. Where are you? Where do you want to be? Are my current habits sufficient to reach my goals? Which habits are not working? Why aren't they working? What is my trajectory? What kind of life do I want to Build? 5)Habit Tracker 9 daily habits for 3 goals, overlap is ok. Did you do each habit everyday of the week. 6)MasterMind Call The Point of this call/meeting is to provide external accountability and motivation. Limit call to 45 minutes, set a weekly time and medium to meet in. Questions to discussion Are you happy? Are you Building the Life you want? Is your ladder up against the right wall? Are you going down the right path? Are your habits bringing you closer to your goals? Share your weekly scorecard results I did this goal __% of the time This is what didnt work This is what I have to improve

I literally had to read your username to double check whether I wrote this a year ago. I was in exactly that situation a year ago, going from 28 to 29, freaking out by the numeric value increasing while still, STILL after so many years, not able to simply wake up and feel satisfied with my life, know what I'm doing or know where I'm heading. The one advantage I have was that even though I constantly sidetracked myself and fell into some dark places, I never gave up and eventually came around to try again, and again, and again. Until a year ago, when I came across a way of earning money that fused together multiple strengths and personal joys. For the first time in my life, I actually knew what I really wanted to do and knew that I could grasp it if I just followed the steps toward it. Is it my "purpose in life"? I don't know, and I personally don't think that's a healthy question to bog yourself down with, as that's an extremely heavy question that may consume you, while you could be taking off some of the pressure and instead just trying opportunities that arise that could shift your direction into a more positive one. It's like stepping stones. I've been trying to step on as many as possible as they appear, repeatedly stressing myself out continuously every single day, and now a stone has appeared that I've stepped on, that's led to a few more that are heading in a better direction for the first time. It's not perfection or THE purpose, but it's A purpose for getting up early and driving me forward. Finally I don't hate myself constantly for not having willpower and motivation, because I had no idea what I wanted to do. I am still struggling massively with procrastination and other issues, but I know I am SO close to actually living a life that I look forward to waking up in the morning for, which took 3 decades. We're all on different paths and I have no idea when you will find something that makes you feel like your life is worth living, but trust me, it's out there - do not give up. I completely empathize and understand being in the lifelong rut of stress and self-hatred. The magic formula of words does not exist, but if I could attempt to summarize, just try to accept that right now, you are still on the seeking path, but that you know you will at some point find the amazing thing that gets you excited and driven. In order to speed it up, try to break down the things you truly love and find fulfillment from, such as things that made you excited, curious, happy and laugh as a kid, and have those in your mind as you seek opportunities. The new career I am beginning is self-employed doing something I had never thought of previously, but it is something I can absolutely do, tapping into my creativity and things I enjoyed as a kid, while still being a challenge and able to live off of when successful. I know this isn't a pill that'll erase the constant stress and sinking feeling of seeing time pass while feeling lost, but acceptance, persistency and consistency are key. I tried finding new careers, jobs and ways to make money online, kept failing, kept being frustrated, kept trying to force myself to feel happy and motivated, but then KZbin randomly showed me a recommendation one night for a topic related to one of the things I previously tried, and it was this that then sent me down the path of my newfound online self-employed job. I wouldn't have thought I'd have my own business a year ago, but here we are and I love it. You will too. Try to use the perspective of certainty and that this is a game. At some point you WILL find something you love doing, so the only thing between today and the day you find it is time, and the time it takes is half chance from the universe's randomness and half you seeking opportunities and putting yourself in "luckier" situations. I always found the phrase "there's a light at the end of the tunnel" cringey, but damn it's true. You just gotta realize that even though it looks pitch black and like the darkness is consuming you more and more, the light IS there far in the distance, you just gotta accept that it's 100% there and start riding the fucking train. Create a strategy for yourself and remember, do not waste your life seeking the outcome. Instead, focus on building systems and tiny habits that will course-correct you into a better direction, so that you are steered toward the opportunities that lead to your desired outcomes. You may not know what you want to do, but you know bits and pieces of the identity you want to be, so start building toward that, piece by piece slowly every day, and the rest will unfold.

@@SunnyWinterz wow...I dont know what to say. Your story is pretty much like mine, took me a minuet to read it, but thats insane how you found your purpose from just a random you recommendation. I just gotta ask myself what do i love doing, especially as a kid. Im having a hard time trying to find out what that is. You said that you was looking for ways to make income online, im the same way. Ive been trying to, but its alot of work and takes time and dedication and a lot of disappointments. I end up failing. i'm now thinking if i could create a brand and sell things on AMZ or something. Im glad that you found your purpose though. I do want to make income residually so I can travel to a lot ancient ruins in the world so I can learn so much from them, so Iove talking about ancient history alot and how the ancients were soo advance than us. Theres a lot of things we cant create like they did and cant explain, so Ive always been interested in that haha, sorry for the message and the long reply back.

A. S. Whatever you want to do but don't feel like doing, just do them in babysteps. I don't know what that is you want to do but here are some examples: cleaning your room? Pick one thing that's the worse (bin full?) Change the bin, done. Method #2: setup 5 min timer and start tidy your room. That 5 min is virtually nothing and will go by anyway, but you'll be surprised how much you can get down in 5 min. Even if you don't get much down in that time, you've done it and you are behind it for the day. Tomorrow repeat.. Example #2: you want to read a book? - read one page a day. Babysteps.. you can easily finish 3 book with 100 pages in it in a year.. or setup a specific number for timer. Example #3: you want to write a book? - write a paragraph a day. That can contain 20 - 70 words? Even with that babystep you could write a book in a year. Or you know.. set up 20 min timer.. Example #4: workout? - do 10 situps 10 pushups and 10 squats a day. You can gradually higher the numbers by the day, or just stick to it as long as it takes for you to build the habit. Or set up 20 min timer.. Whatever it is you want to start, start with babysteps! Either with a baby number or a baby timer.. Trust me, you'll feel achieved every day.. I've grown some "teenagers" and some strong adults from my "babies", and after years of the way you feel I finally can feel that every day counts and didn't go by for nothin... You gotta do it, it'll reward you with this good feeling...

given advices are good ! but let me add to them. I realised as you do that thing you want to become a habit more and more, it gets easier. I believe it gets to a point where if you decide to not doing it, you somehow use more energy. Because it brings frustration guilt etc. instead of dealing with all that, i just do it. and when you do something more and more (reading, exercising..) you start to see why other people enjoy that thing, you start to enjoy it. So until that point, you just gotta keep going. And always help yourself on the way. Don't mean it like rewards. Mean it like, giving yourself reasons to believe yourself, not lying 'oh i'll do it tomorrow'. When you get stuck, instead of getting mad trying to understand reasons and really just looking for a solution that it would work for YOU. Understand self, ask question to it. it's actually like managing this whole other person. because we can become alienated to the self. tl;dr: it gets easier. get to know self because if you don't, how can you manage it ?

Because you want to. Or wish to. But let me ask you. If you wake up at 23:59 and you did not clean your teeth. Do you want to clean them or do you have to clean them? If you want to do it, you may or may not which depends on your mood. But if you have to do it, well, then there is no other way. You know, do you want to go to work, or do you have to? Turn your want-to into have-to. Then turn your have-to into achievements. You want to get ripped in a year? How about you have to get ripped in a year? Or I will get ripped in a year. That is a commitment all of a sudden. And you will do your best to achieve that. You want to start a business? How about you have to start a business? How about you have to succeed? Want to is a fool. Have to is your best friend.

But in this problem of not being in the mood for doing something you need because you live in a society, you have a body... that demans you for example gain money, or do sport or not being in the mood for doing something you really like and you feel good doing like drawing, or whatever, there you have 2 options: you can say im not in the mood and leave it or you can do it, and if you choose not to do it the outcome of this choice is feeling bad because you are not working in what you need and environtment or body demans you or not working/putting time in something you would like to develop or enjoy it or you can choose to at least try to do work in what you need/love to have the life you want and you have to be counscious that it is not easy to change this kind of things, counscious everytime this choose is in your hands, is that simple as working for the life you want in every aspect you like or choose to use a excuse, to leave it for next day, year... and be at the same point as yesterday and deciding that tomorrow will be the same.

For me, the most important thing is to reverse engineer your goals. From the biggest goal to what has to happen to get there. Micro tasks and daily habits that align with each goal are also important as well as giving things a date and constant reviewing are essential. As time flies when you aren't looking. Great video. I had my life planned and everything was going fantastically until Covid blew my life up and now I have to start from scratch to rebuild. It was difficult but now I see it as a great opportunity.

I think it's fundamentally NOT about being successful but, rather, about being resilient. Many of these self-help advises assume a rather lineair path towards success that you can somehow "design" - whereas life is way more complicated than that. I think the fundamental thing to learn is how to work with the cards on the table... For example, you can say: "I'll be married in 5 years." But what if you don't meet your significant other? You just go for anyone so you can say that you managed to get married within 5 years? And what if you say: "one year from now I want to go on vacation 3-4 times a year", but you get seriously ill, or hardship happens to a loved-one. What do you do? Does that throw you into an existential crisis that you cannot come out of? When life presents itself to us like that, it's not because you "did not design your life well enough"... Life is about being resilient, and foregiving (also to yourself), generous, loving...and yes within that context it is very important to be able to envision and dream beautiful dreams and work towards manifestation.

Alexis Pangilinan Exactly. Shoot for the moon n you’ll fall among the stars. You can’t help who you meet. But if you are putting yourself out there, consciously dating with x goal in mind, you’re less likely to waste time in pointless relationships and a lot more likely to be married vs if you are just going with the flow. And as for vacations, you could get ill. But that money that was saved for a trip instead of getting that extra coffee or extra pair of shoes will always be there for another trip. Better yet, that money could come in handy as emergency money if something were to happen- . Goal setters don’t live in this false reality where everything goes perfectly. Its the goal that keeps them on track.

Hey, just some advice (I was in a similar place to you) - there is no right or wrong choices. Thinking that way will only stress you out and lead to analysis paralysis when life starts giving you choices that truly don't have a right or wrong answer (meaning your gut goes quiet, you sit down to write advantages vs disadvantages and find it's tied - you're sitting there are the middle point, and that's when you suffer the most.) Whatever you choose, have faith in yourself (and in a higher power if you'd like - that's a big motivator) and realize you'll be just great eitherways. Confidence isn't walking into a room and knowing everyone is going to like you - it's walking into a room and knowing you'll be just great, whether everyone likes you or not. Best wishes Myrp!

I think this is one of the best advices ever . A few years back I got into some simple habits, achieved results and then I got super confident and started to think a lot about what things I need to do. Started reading books and getting a lot of ideas, but then I started overthinking and eventually I started getting frustrated and it became tougher to maintain the earlier habits as well. It was one of the most stressful times. So, I thought okay overthinking is bad and started questioning the methods promoting thinking big. Now I understand that it's a balance, you have to think a little bit to have a vision and quickly identify skills and habits to achieve them. No thinking and doing the same things can make you stagnant and thinking too much without actions will not get you the results you want. It's a beautiful balance that's needed.

Great points about journaling. I do believe that and daily habits that support goals are huge. As someone in my 40’s, I’d caution on goals that involve others, such as “get married by 35”. Unfortunately with that as the goal, it can create desperation and blindness to toxic traits. If the goal is to be a good partner (and defining what that is for you) and changing the goal to what type of person you want to marry... you’re less likely to end up married miserably at 35. It’s far better to be alone, then to have reached a goal only to be lonely and miserable in it, because your target was off, Life has a way of teaching us these things.

This is profound. Thanks for sharing this. It comes at the right time for me as I am also trying to develop a process/framework for myself and others, on these things. I think the most important parts of goal-setting for your life are 1. having that big picture (purpose and vision), and 2. converting them into daily habits. 3 would be the 5-year or 2-year ambitious goals. My favourite part of this is the life report part. I will incorporate giving a report of my progress on habits, into my journal, as well as the weekly mastermind report. I recently set up both a mastermind group, as well as a group of mentees I will be guiding along these paths. Thanks for sharing.

I always wanted to do a list that I must follow and achieve my goals. My main goal is to walk. I got paralyzed when I was 7 years old and doctors gave me many hopes that I can walk again in the future if I work hard. But sometimes is not easy at all to work hard as people say. I'm today 24 year old, I finished University and all but I can't walk because I can't fight. I feel not in a mood to fight and I hate this. I always tend to write down my goal and say that by the end of this year I must have done something but I don't achieve it. WHAT CAN I DO?? I have the possibility to walk again normally I just can't get myself together and work hard, it's to tiring to convince yourself, especially for something as important as your health!

hey man, what helps me to do what I want my self to do (at leats more than without) is "atomic habits" found it useful to understand what can make acting easy and what may hinders u. also for me it has become a sort of mood-setter, cause I can often play the audio book and get myself to be productive, because the author wants you to be -and for me this external motivation helps quite a lot.

biggest advice someone gave me is that the first step to achieve sth is to actually start working for it, u dont need the motivation to do something, u have to start working first even if you dont feel like it , then the motivation follows . no matter how hard it is just push yourself then you will feel more motivated and you will keep improving. PUSH YOURSELF NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS you will thank yourself later

TIP: Write down the fun (and/or relaxing) things you're doing each day right next to your to TDL (to do list). For example: 1. Yoga 2. Sauna 3. Reading 4. Writing 5. Jiu Jitsu. Thus, your TDL doesn't seem like just an obnoxious list of things you have to do. It includes all the fun things you're doing and looking forward to. I love reading, writing, and studying and so reminding myself that I love them and that they're something I get to do rather than HAVE TO DO, makes all the difference in the world! Good luck! The Maverick Historian I agree that your to-do list should also include fun things to do or things that you enjoy. However, if you include a LOT of these fun activities (or perhaps ones that in total take a long time to do each day) you'll end up not doing what you intended to do from the begining of that day. The same thing happened to me. I would write down all the necessary things that needed to be done each day and I also wrote a LOT of activities (video games, reading books, watching movies etc) that actually wasted my time more than the times I didn't have a daily plan. In summary: if you want to include fun things to do in your to-do list in order to bot get bored and frustrated from all the things you need to do, fine, but don't go overboard and fill your list with unnecessary things that waste your time more than you might think. Believe me, you'll just end up barely doing a single important task on your list.

Dude, that very first page really deserves more screen time. So many people, including myself, are seeking things and experiences, including the accomplishment of goals, in order to feel complete or successful. The truth is, you're never gonna get it done. There's always something to learn, something to do, something to experience. That's the beauty of it though. That's why, like so many here have stated, it's important to enjoy the process. Medals are nice, but earning them? That's what makes them special. Having a book with your name on it? That's cool but, writing it and getting it published is what makes it so awesome. Having goals gives us direction but, the work that we put into them is what gives us satisfaction and fulfillment. Thank you for the video and helping put things in perspective that much more. Keep being awesome.

Habit is not a huge problem because it surrounds an activity i love which is homeschool but includes personal things I don't just write down what we plan to do. I write down how the week went, or why i changed something, what id like to do or things that could be done relate to what we did. I write goals for homeschooling, if we skip a day I write something. "Texas Freeze" or "national emergency due to Harvey" or " too excited for sleepover this weekend, only accomplished x" its fun to look back on them. Make it your own. Do it how it works for you.

This whole video resonated with me 💓 I’ve always loved planning and journaling and I can attest to its manifestation powers! Finding a system that works for you to log your thoughts, dreams, and goals is so so important. Thanks for the vid, I needed that reminder about habit forming! 😅😊

Thank you for the reminder. I've always know that writing and planning your life is recommended, but life happens and one finds themselves lost all over again. New sub here 🤞

Well, well! I think I'm at the perfect time! I'm 17, so I'm just 3 years from University, and if I'll organize my life, I can make a solid base for life. Thanks for the video! I learnt a lot, and I'll try to apply these things, as summer is coming, and I'll have a loads of time to do whatever I want!
