I love that $400 freezer. My current freezer is a stand up freezer too, but doesn't have the drawers and it's not self defrost. I've had it for over 25yrs and it's still going strong.

I have made freezer chicken pot pie and it’s wonderful. I do several at a time and freeze. Set them out a few hours before you bake or even in the morning then bake. So good! I even send them with my husband on hunting trips at cabin it’s the guys favorite .They love it!

Freezer meals suggestion: Place a piece of cellophane over serving then place nan and seal with lid. This prevents nan from getting soggy. You can heat together or separately.

Jessica, I worked for Costcos competition for 21 years, when 1 building has a cheaper price on the same item it usually means it's the last one and they have to reduce the price so they can sell it and replenish the product.

Ok...supply and demand ..costcos traffic is 300k to 650k per month...abd only a few item turnovers on their pallets ..so buy the wrap, bags, ribbon, supplies for Christmas...yes we do pick them up as the supply goes to zero with the traffic we have. They rarely stock twice ...it will be gone. Get the wrap, bows, tape, bags, tags, and all that goes with it. All the paper plates, napkins ..set it aside...then all you need to buget for is presents in oct- dec...budget matters prep first.

The best bit about making your own freezer meals is less fat, salt doggy chemicals. You get to put real food together with flavours you like. I add freezer meals every month to my freezer. I have enough in my freezer to have one everyday for a month. I never know when im going to be completely disabled with pain. So freezer meals help. I know that eating takeout can make my different issues worse. Not saying i don't still eat takeout, but having good ready meals gives me the choice.

I can’t believe how cheap your meat chicken eggs and milk are compared to what I pay. We pay 10% goods and services tax on pre packaged par cooked foods and on what is classified as unhealthy processed things like lollies soft drinks potato chips and alcohol. One dozen eggs 12 eggs cost $7.00 and one American dollar is equal to $1.49 here 3 litres of milk cost $4.50 for under a gallon of milk compared too what you pay. The last freezer you showed here for $299.00 would cost around $550.00 here. Wish I could move to Alaska as it is so picturesque and clean. I would love your Summer temperatures that are equal to our Queensland Winter temps any day of the week as we have already had 36 degree Celsius 96.8 Fahrenheit Looking forward to your freezer cooking.

5:30 Hi Jessica, I live near mile 60 Glenn Hwy in a valley of The Valley, and got an indoor antenna (under $70). It's flat and thumbtacked to my wall. I get all the local antenna TV... which is 17 channels. There are many mountains between here and Anch, and don't know how many relay towers there are. I'm thinking that the Point may be able to pick up all the same stations? Just a thought🌻🐝

That’s the size of harvest right freeze drier I have we paid more plus shipping than 1499$ I really like my freeze drier because I can plug it in any outlet. Takes less energy and less time to do a load than the larger units. But the smaller unit cannot do a few things the larger ones can do.

If you have a tax Id you may be able to get a membership with a restaurant supply store. We have Restaurant Depot near us but I don't believe the chain is in Alaska. Most of the time I'm able to get things cheaper than Costco and the membership is free
