I love the Toth! It is SO intimidating to start with but it actually is easier to read for me now that I have learned so much about it. I really love the vintage decks you showed! The quality really shines! Thanks for sharing them with us!

The only true Thoth I have is the White Box C Greenie. Tbh, that's all I need :) I did have a 1989 (?) AGM blue box, which came in a plastic VHS style case, with a guide book and deck. That one was the smaller size and I found it too small to see the details so I moved it on.

Wonderful review. How funny actually I’ve been looking at various editions all over and was wondering what the different versions editions were. I did buy me two they are in route to me. Looking for a bit of advice if you don't mind. Looking to get my Thoth first deck and I think I've narrowed it down to the new Grey or Green Box ( sadly not a huge fan of the washed out colors compared to past prints), Haindl Tarot, Toziel Tarot or possibly Asherah. What do you think would be a good choice? Keep up the amazing vids!

Hmm... out of those the Haindl really is its own thing, so I wouldnt start there.... Honestly Id probably go with the Green Box just to learn from that list. Asherah is lovely but has its one things that differ, same with the Toziel.

I love my greenies! Right now I am digging my 2006 Thoth pocket Swiss. I love it so much that I found a 2006 standard size. AND… what was cool about it. The standard 2006 comes with 3 magus cards. ( purple box USGAMES) found it for $20. Super stoked! Can’t wait to see it.

Just like the RWS you cant go wrong with the classic! But I will have some suggestions in part 2 for more beginner friendly versions and a few hybrids that are good to dip ones toes in!
