Fish cakes are not a frequent appearance and they sell it for quite the price! And I bet at some point in history they made it homemade... You gonna go nuts: some makes you their soy sauce! You don't even need to do homework. If you can't be nice online, don't comment.

i am OBSESSED with korean food!!! I've only had bulgogi for yrs at a kbbq. then we went to a more authentic one and I had soondobu jigae, and this spinach namul, and a few other things omg!!!! My only request is if you can show us the bag of dashi/labels so we can ss it and go to the hmart or zion markets and we can match it?

is it a must to add onion?🥹i rly miss the soup I had when I was in Korea I want it to taste exactly like that… I do not have dry kelp I bought salted kelp I hope that’s ok (I washed off the salt)

@@Anonymous-qj4wp Hi 👋 Adding onions adds a lot to the broth. I you can discard the cooked onions if u don’t like onions. Sure, give the rinsed salted kelp a try (add less since it has been salted)
