Acessports for GD's are really more of an American thing. COBB doesn't support the GD model in Australia. I'd also say most, if not everyone in Australia largely prefers pro tunes rather than shit OTS tunes.

What an incredible example. I personally love the hawkeye the most, but there's no getting away from how great the blobeye is too; especially one like this. Out of curiosity, have you driven the current STi in standard form? Has it lost much in terms of fun and/or feel compared to this generation?
@ClayWong

So much love these early STI’s!😍 I briefly go over it in this video towards the end but in my opinion the current MY15+ STI has certainly become a lot more sterile and tame. Much of sensation or what I would call ‘magic’ has been diluted in favour of refinement however it still makes for a fun ride and an epic daily nonetheless.

Although JDM cars were switched to hypereutectic pistons in the version 8 sti, the Australian and UK delivered ej207 (sti) cars continued to have forged internals all the way until the ej257 superseded it. You can even buy a brand new oem version 8 short block direct from Subaru which comes with forged internals. Which i opted to do instead of rebuilding my 207.
