I wish I could. I bought them off Amazon several years ago from a vendor called "Heidi Swapp", but they are no longer made. If you go to amazon and search "1.5 inch hex stencil" some others pop up that could work

If need be, you could look for a .png of a hex-grid online, print that out in the correct scale (might need a few attempts) glue it on some cardboard and then cut out the bases. Yeah, it's a lot of hassle, but you only need to do it once... and when you always use the same stencil on everything, all pieces of terrain will fit perfectly.

Search for ‘honeycomb wall storage 3D print’. If you or a friend have a printer you may be able to scale if required then use as the paint mask. There’s one on printables.
