I definitely need this tutorial. I do great with everything in the app but this module and it's the primary one I see people use to produce some really wicked dubstep. Every time I think one of my other DAW's will allow me to go further, I see and hear something produced from Caustic that makes my head spin. *Of all the DAW's I have used, Caustic is where I really learned about sequencing and took my staccato to an insane level of artistry and beauty.* No matter what other DAW's I use, I want to continue to grow on Caustic.

Fantastic as always. I blow up when people reply "how can I get this for free" when it broke software milestone innovations pricing records at just $10. Its very important to remember to wire the note velocity of the modular to various things, since thats a very unique feature of it. I see now the work-arounds with the pattern mode automations th at i didnt see before, Caustic it all. I have found a way to get pretty analogish mastering out of just using caustic and no mastering app. I cant get on the forum .... those weird people kept attacking me and we cant ban like 10 ppl so i was the one banned-- so can you go to my channel and check out the track? huge changes in it, first video on my channel. Song because at 2:50 because i used the first 2:50 to tour the project w no narration. (people who write more on a forum are attack for the volume of writing, or very mild intellectual vibes to them theres nothing we can do about it and its no ones fault) They're programmed.

Caustic App i really like the Modular Synth of Caustic 3, but I am missing a module a random voltage generator (best would be step / pulse switchable output or 2 outputs) with controlable rate ( a or mod-port). I tried to build one with a chain of lfo (switched to Noise) -> Pulse Generator, DADSR and Saturator ... but its not the same and needs a lot of slots (5). I don't know if anyone else has discovered this, BUT, DON'T CONNECT THE OUTPUT OF 1 RESONANT FILTER TO THE INPUT OF THE OTHER RESONANT FILTER(there are 2 R.Fs. on 1 RESONANT FILTER module!)! I been messing with music software for 6 years audiosauna ,audiotool, few others. caustic is great. Although don't understand terminology of what modulation means or how too work ADSR making sounds Id like to perfect. it's easy too ruin sound sometimes dwiddling too perfect sound it becomes a mess like delinquent kid with crayons scribbles mistakes paste on frigerator complete silence phase cancelation complete silence . Never hear again, getting close, almost finding the sound is still not good enough. making sounds from a list of different sounds already made is much easier although could still use caustic starting from scratch with dry dead tones

If your sample is looping, it means the start + end of your sample aren't lined up, so there's a sudden jump. You can try changing playback from forward looping to forwards + back, or try lining up the start and end of your sample.

@@AbelShields I am also getting this kinda sound in other machines like FMsynth. I understand it's because of sudden jump but I still don't understand how to remove it. In modular we have lag machine but what about other synths ? I face this situation both in monophonic and polyphonic synths
