This wargaming board is made from 6 sections measuring approximatly 24" x 24" each. The sections are keyed and are locked together when assembled.

Thanks! This is the final product of about 6 months of experimentation. Took me a while to get panels that are light and did not warp during fabrication.

I plan to make another set, but the panels will be larger (2' x 4') so they fit on my Gaming Table.

so it's hollow??? Interesting. I like the design ideas that went into this

Thickness and the type of glue I used for the surface. I ended up using a two part epoxy at bond the texture and keep the panels from warping. Also the hollow core design presented problems with material used for fabrication.

I'm sure there are plenty of additional modifications that could be made here. So was it basically the thickness that eventually kept the warping from happening?
