@@donnawood3505 they are constantly moving. And with lots of hay given, that helps their bodies to stay warm.

Is Moe on medicine to get rid of the abcess? Or is that something that has to manually be worked on? Poor guy. You can tell he doesn't feel well. 😢

@@malapoyo there is stuff they can take for pain, like Tylenol. But my vet says that prolongs the infection. It's best to let it be and it will work itself out. The other option is sometimes you can see the abscess through X-rays and then a vet or farrier can dig it out. To release the pressure. But often times, it just requires time. It sucks to see them uncomfortable though. I agree. 😕

Also! He's already doing much better. It must have burst, in the last couple of days. He's walking perfectly again. 😊
