When you left this comment, you either: a) Had never actually listened to a single album of theirs. or b) Are using terms that you clearly did not have an understanding of. I listen to and play a lot of jazz and other complex music, and I can say unequivocally that moe. is one of the most melodically sophisticated rock bands I've ever heard. Even over simple vamps, they come up with complex, unique, and interesting harmonies that most people wouldn't think of. But the notion that they only play simple patterns is just absurd and easily disprovable with 20 minutes of listening to any of their albums. I just don't understand what the possible motivation for a comment like this is. Unless it's trolling, but then it's a piss-poor troll considering it took 4 years for anybody to respond.
