I disagree on level 1. Affirmations do work. Numerous studies show that affirmations have a positive impact on our mindset and thought patterns. Just as Shaytan whispers negative thoughts to us, we need to replace them with positive ones. Similarly, just as Shaytan is persistent, we must be persistent as well. For affirmations to be effective, they should be aligned with Allah rather than the universe. Allah says, “I am as My servant thinks I am” (Hadith Qudsi 15). If you believe that Allah is abundant and will provide you with more money, then He will make you abundant. If you believe He won’t, then you’re implying He’s not capable, and so He won’t. When he say level 1 it is right. Affirmation work but it's utility is weak. If you find it effective because you never use your body mind properly. What he says is beyond the limit. Eg affirmation : I want to have a body like a model. Effects works in your mind and emotion to go though the process and search only those that aid. You will reach a point whereby a certain phase * Why I cannot push my body * I spent so much time and money yet the progress is not there. * Other kind whereby in the emotion state and body state like u never eat food for 10 days. This point onwards affirmation will fail. Second stage Breath level 2. This he is right because if you do it properly it give you so much energy and power and better navigate weak negative thought but it will fail because the stronger negative part now become stronger. It is like fasting 10 days with piece of bread. That state is easy but the negative become stronger in comparison to non fasting with 3 meal. Eg when you exercise again ** It is waste of money ** I am sad. Such a waste of time my friend. ** Food killing me ( body diet) Level 3 Allah or Divine one. This is the perfect and best option .... I seek refuge in Allah from evil or I seek aid from the Divine one who created me and give me life and substain my wellbeing oh pure one protect me from the evil dark one ( non Muslim kind of style). This way of approach level 3 it still uses level 1 and level 2 but those level become automation by the body and 3 become the focus. This is more like a state type. Same example exercise * Waste of money Answer lv3 : Allah thank you for the opportunity to exercise. Than you for proving me money to train the body. Something like this eventually ** waste money will not exist. *** Not fair , waste of time, party is better at least I can network. Answer lv3 : thank you for the opportunity to exercise thank you for building my body. My Lord is just. Do it enough the negative for that will disappear and the emotion state become clean. You can search all from the end of the day it is always gratitude to the one who gives you.

Guys this makes sense. We are totally dependent on Allah. The Prophet of Allah, the most wise and knowledgeable man in all of history sought Allahs help in EVERYTHING. I don’t remember the exact Hadith but Prophet Muhammad saw said something along the lines of Call upon Allah for the smallest of things. ( If someone can correct me and give me the exact wording I would appreciate it ) What does this show? That we totally rely upon Allah. We don’t realise it because of how merciful Allah is to us everything feels so effortless. Did Allah reveal the Qur‘an to the Propehts mind? No, he revealed it to his HEART. The mind isnt used by Allah to inspire us, thus it is then vulnerable to Shaytan. We all should strive to rid our hearts of the spiritual disease that cover it preventing Allahs light from fully shining upon it. And when we purify our heart, the light of Allah will disintegrate the weak whispers we all get, and we will be flowing with the will of Allah swt.

İt still doesn’t work though, I was free from fap for 14 days I listened Fatiha,ayatal kursi,nas,felak,ikhlas surahs I immediately flooded with sexual images and found myself break my nofap promise,idk why it happened, it supposed to protect me from bad thoughts

If you have been doing this for ages then don't expect it to disappear overnight. It is hard to break a bad habit. You have two forces working against you, one is shaitan and two is the habit that you have developed. Seek Allah's assistance. listening to Quran isn't enough if you haven't make a sincere repentance Do the following for at least a month and come back here and report your progress 1.) Make a sincere repentance and promise never to do it again 2.) Pray your five Salah on time and if you are a male at least make it to the masjid 3.) Do lots of good deeds and ask Allah to help you break this habit I promise if you sincerely do these Allah will help you guarantee. No one sincerely asks Allah for Guidance and get rejected.

4.) Remember that Allah is watching you every time. This helped me a lot. Constantly think of Allah, Say "Allah" throughout the day. As soon as the sexual images come, say the dua Mohammed mentioned in this video. And say "Allah is watching me" out loud. Say it till the urge fades away.
