I hope the client is picking that up in person. No way in hell I'd trust USPS, UPS or FedEx with the masterpiece

Your work is so professional. I particularly love how you explain step by step your process. It gives me hope of doing a respectable job on mine. Question. Where can I learn how to do the circuit boards you have for the status tube lights?

I taught myself by watching stuff and reading forums online

great job again you work like an engineer ! Question i asked on your video part 6 : the motor is it a 9v ? and do you take a speed regulator ? thanks
@modelsbychris4 жыл бұрын
Sorry, guess I missed that. The motor is a 3v motor I found on Amazon. I do have a 10k pot attached to it and lowered the voltage as low as I could before it wouldn't spin, to get a slow rotation.

Hey Chris this is Dan I'm just curious my buddy is working on it and we can't find the adafruit ultra mini LED strip that you had can you tell me where you got it from thanks appreciate it keep up the good work with the videos

@@modelsbychris thank for the fast response. This one is RGB. I don't think it has white. I looked it up.
@modelsbychris2 жыл бұрын
@@dannyhardman8090 That's the only one I ever purchased. I looked on my Adafruit acct past orders, and it pulled up that strip. That's the only ultra skinny strip I've ever ordered. I know it says RGB, but I believe it did the white as well. All colors together would equal white. Being a couple years ago now, that's about the best I can do. I also remember because it was a pain to solder being so small, and the ground and data pins on the LED side and the hot on the back side.

7:21 I think those parts are meant to be clear, with just the pipes painted silver...
@modelsbychris4 жыл бұрын
No. I've done extensive researched and have all the episodes on Hulu and have been doing freeze frames for accuracy. They're solid silver.
@Xoferif4 жыл бұрын
@@modelsbychris I think we're both right! In the early B&W episodes they're transparent with various mirror spheres and pipes inside, but in the later colour episodes they are, as you say, a matt silver colour.
