Once again. What a amazing build. Love the wheel weathering. The cockpit is beautiful. Stunning work sir. Please do a video on lighting, etc. Would love to do this with my kits. Have fun!

Hey thanks for all the great comments. Yes I've been meaning to do a lighting video....I will try and do that before starting my next project. Thanks.

You're welcome lain. Look forward to seeing your completed Batmobile. Regardless of what one thinks of the movie, this version of the Batmobile is one cool ride. You're going to be happy with it when it's done. It makes a great display.

I did like the film TBH but the Batmobile was just awesome. It looked 10 types of mean just sitting there.

Overall I enjoyed it too even though there were some major holes in the story. I did think Affleck was great as BWayne/Batman. And totally agree, the Batmobile and BatWing were awesome.

WOW! What an incredible tutorial & build. I am starting my build & was wondering what brand of clear coat you use after the weathering? Thank you for your time. *Subscribed*

As usual you impress us with your skills !!! it's looking gorgeous !!! oh btw, can you tell me where did you get your reference pictures? i want to build this batmobile and i can't find some decent pics. Thanks :)
@InterstellarModeler8 жыл бұрын
I basically searched Dawn of Justice Batmobile in Google Images. If you also search for Dawn of Justice Batmobile Interior....you'll find some decent pics of the dashboard and other interior features.

I also bought Vallejos Plastic Putty, but every time I try to fill some gap, it shrinks so much that I can never really hide the gap. Even small gaps always show, even after multiple applications. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
@InterstellarModeler3 жыл бұрын
Hey Max....yeah I use it to fill in tight corners and small spaces and that's just about it. I usually dry it with a hair dryer and reapply. Sometimes it takes several applications but I do it until I am happy with the coverage.

Dunno how many times I have watched this series and just about to start my own. I have noticed that Tamiya do two versions of Rubber Black - one in a pot (looks dark) and one in a spray can, any pointers as to which one to go for? I was thinking of Alclad II Gun Metal for mine but too metallic..
@InterstellarModeler7 жыл бұрын
Iain Hamilton hi lain....yes Tamyia's rubber black
@IainHamilton7 жыл бұрын
Cheers mate! So many reference pics show the car to go from black to light/dark grey so still researching what to go for. That Tamiya Rubber Black looks good but ridiculous shipping costs as it's an aerosol for what would amount to a couple of squirts so going over what Vallejo do and they do some nice dark greys?Damn pity about the gunmetal though.

Hey I know it’s been awhile since you’ve uploaded this tutorial. I’m working on this model now and was wondering if you had to solder any of the wires together?
@InterstellarModeler5 жыл бұрын
Hi....yes I did. I solder all the connections together and to the switch. With these small wires it doesn't take much nor does it have to be pretty :) Make sure you cover the soldered areas with shrink tubing. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.

Kargen auto parts. You can also find it online pretty easily too. Thanks for your compliment.
