Thanks a lot Mr. Tracid! :-) Could you please tell me which are your favourite hardware distortions you use?

Funny that the orginal artists started commenting your guides. :) As always a pleasure! I wanted to like the video but did not: It already has (sic!) 303 likes. :):)

Do you also have a volume drop when switching on the MXR-Distortion? Mine lowers the output volume quite a bit. Love the sound of the pedal though.
@DuckTronic Жыл бұрын
Hello! Yes, I adjust the volume during post-processing. Otherwise the 303 would suddenly become quieter. 👍

hello ! I love your channel ! Would it be possible to do oldschool UK acid like stay up forever, routemaster, cluster records ? I believe STUF used old mackie mixer as distortion unit and routemaster was mainly OS2 (or at least the legend says so) Thanks a lot :D

Thinking about getting a distortion pedal for my 303. MXR Distortion+ or Boss DS1, which is better?
@DuckTronic3 жыл бұрын
That is probably a matter of taste. I don't know the Boss, but the MXR meets my taste the most so far. 🙂

How u could set the 303 to the correct speed of the track?
@DuckTronic3 жыл бұрын
I don't know exactly what you mean. You can load the original track into your DAW, adjust the tempo and sync the 303 via DIN sync. Or what exactly do you have in mind?
@andrinweibel39643 жыл бұрын
@@DuckTronic by myself i have a beringer td-3 via a scarlet focusrite audio interface. if i produce a track in ableton by 135 bpm, so how exactly can i adjust the correct tempo of the 303 sequencer that it match to the speed of the beat...
@DuckTronic3 жыл бұрын
You will never be able to set the tempo so precisely manually. You have to synchronise the TD-3 with Ableton. This should work well via MIDI clock, for example. I'm sure there are many KZbin videos on this. I don't use Ableton and therefore can't tell you exactly what you have to set.
