@Mage Man I totally agree and I wish more people understood things like you do. America is falling apart and it IS sad that so many Americans are too lazy to just work hard for a living so they complain instead about how unfair and racist "the system" is while completely ignoring that so many immigrants come to America each year and find a way to be successful. I'm just sad and disgusted by what my country has become honestly and I don't want to think about it anymore but it's hard to watch the decline. I spend a lot of time overseas and I only spend time in America because my parents live here or I'd live in Asia and never come back to the US. Glad you guys were able to make it after arriving here, I know your parents and family sacrificed much for that, I have a lot of Việt coworkers and so I'm familiar with that struggle. Here's to hoping that America will pull out of the downward spiral it's in, we need more immigrants like you to come here and change the country back to what it once was.

So while watching this, I got a fresh made pizza in the oven with all the goodies. But I realize.. nothing can beat the cozy-ness of Ramen. personally i prefer pho; stronger and more complex flavors than ramen. the broth is simmered for hours with onion, garlic, ginger, star anise and beef bones. ramen is just kinda salty and fatty. and yes i've been to authentic ramen joints, as much as can be without going to japan.
@hopsricebarley Жыл бұрын
@@oldfrend i personally think the opposite. i find pho to be about what's in the soup whereas ramen is all about the soup. while the chashu takes quite a while to make...a good ramen broth can take more than a day to make...

I just love how many "Master Chefs" there are on KZbin that just also happen to be young, beautiful Asian women. But nowhere near as many videos about the 80 year old Asian women that have been cooking amazing street food for their entire lives.
