as you don't know how much temperature is changed ... if we replace it with 1 the c = q and thus makes no sense whatever heat is transfered c will take the same value but q = cdt makes sense; as it fixes the value of c your question was nonsense

You are right that monoatomic gases do not have vibrational and rotational DOF this is because they do not have bonds which gives them a single spherical structure which is directionless and makes them independent of rotation and vibration.Moreover they still have 3 translational DOF which gives them a constant value of 3/2R,translational DOF means that they have 3 axis to move. Nope, because sir said that monatomic doesnot have vibrational degree of freedom but diatomic and polyatomic have vibrational degree of freedom.Vibrational degree are those which are taken under consideration at higher temperatures so when temp will be high we will take vibrational degree of freedom in di and polyatomic so cp and cv will change...in that table we didn't take any vibrational so these are constant
