Bad business move but I am pulling for her. Rural America needs more opportunities and certainly should not be looked down upon... That is how we fucking EAT... Still risky investment but I can see where if the mechanics of it coming together as a co-op this could really be something nice. Then add some country accents to the inventory, some center pieces for your dinning room table, candles, nice cloth napkins, steak knives (table and kitchen) this could really go places.

I get the meat-free mission against health problem and global warming. But most people will not go to a plant-based diet straight away. It will be decades or a century-long transition. Moink is the company that will accommodate that transitional period. People might eat plat based 4 days and their products for 3 days. Moink mission is old-fashioned farming which will help our health problem and global waning since it does not use aggressive antibiotics and aggressive quantity. I hope they will be perfectly balanced as a sustainable meat supply in 30 and 50 years. I think old fashioned farming will never be able to produce the quantity like factory farming so it will not affect global warming and other problems related to it.
