Moist And Velvety Butter Cake Easy Recipe

How to make a super moist and velvety Butter Cake.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup butter (room temp) 227g
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 tbsp oil (15ml)
4 large eggs (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
2 cups cake flour or all purpose flour (250g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
Baking time may vary according to your oven's specification. Please adjust accrodingly.

I tried this today, it’s really good and moist. You have to use real butter like a good one. I adjusted mine to 185grams sugar and used an 8 inch round pan. Thank you po for the recipe 🥳☺️

@@neerabatra9836 Thank you neera Batra. I have raised organic Bantam and Australorp chickens. They were grain fed and free ranged on chemical free pasture, so I know good eggs very well. The Bantam eggs were small, but they were the absolute tops in flavour. Thank you for your comment.
