I usually hate extraction games but honestly there's something about this game that's just so damn addicting. I love things like darksouls where movement and timing attacks and blocks are key. This game feels like souls, skyrim, and tarkov had a baby and its the best competitive game I've played in my life.

I fundamentally love the bard. Everyone is running around and swinging swords and spells chaotically. And the bard is just frantically drumming or fluting in the background lmao

So a few things about Warlock... - Power of Sacrifice is a buff. It does pitiful damage a second as a tradeoff for said buff. - Curse of Pain deals 10 damage at once and another 10 over the next several seconds. Use this as an attack instead of PoS. - Curse of Weaken drops all stats by 20%. - Hellfire doesn't dissipate when it hits something. It also does 60 fucking damage a second. It could not more obviously be designed to lethalize corridors or doorways. - Dark magic hasn't been implemented other than through Dark Reflection (deals 10 dark damage to folks that hit you.) Once it is, Warlock will be much stronger since most of its gimmicks boost Dark damage

Warlock seems not so bad for being a work in progress. Bard is very good now with great utility. So I'm going to guess that warlock will be quite strong. Bard was dookie in the last playtest when it was marked work in progress.

Grinding out extractions in goblin caves is very quick, just know where the stairs are and don't take fights you probably won't win.

The legal problems are ongoing. Nexon's case rests on proving that Choi deleted possible evidence against himself and proving that Dark & Darker directly reuses source code from the Nexon project. If they can't establish either of these, I don't see any victory for Nexon. Their attempt to claim copyright over which Unreal Engine Marketplace assets they chose is ridiculous.
