My favorite thing about Mojo, as seen in The Exiles, he's actually unique across The Multiverse. In all the infinity of marvel, Everytime we see Mojo, it's the same guy, there are no alternate reality Mojos.

In New Mutants Annual #2 Mojo is in his most powerful state. He abducts Betsy Braddock names her Psylocke to be his beautiful reality hostess and youth from Earth like the New Mutants and makes a rival team Bratpack to create a Hunger Games show. The ratings skyrocket and he draws great power from his Wildways pocket dimension. But Betsy breaks his brainwashing and defeats Mojo and Spiral with the help of the New Mutants and her twin brother Captain Britain.

Fan fact the Bratpack had Darla with the code name Jubilee. The New Mutants had Sunspot so the romance between them was an unrelated Easter egg in X-Men '97. Don't know if Darla had the same powers with Jubilation.

It is implied that Mojo II 'The Sequel" may have been his kid and that they reproduce throughpartial cloning, Mojo II was also an example of what a Spineless One with one of Arise's exoskeletons looked like. There is also Mojo Jr II who refers to Mojo as grandpa who gets after him for doing so 'while at work.'

Longshot is my favorite x-man that no one talks about. I remember thinking how cool he’d be on film. This is a decade before the matrix and it would’ve taken “bullet time” to do what I pictured and I loved the idea of not just how using luck could be used to change the actual physics and other aspects of things but how the good luck causes a proximity of bad luck that could be both beneficial or detrimental which had real possibilities. A very under used, and undervalued character.

So I have a theory. In the motendo episode of 97. He clearly says he feeds of ratings. Is that metaphoric? I think it's litteral. We see a skinny Mojo in 97. I theorize it's because. When cable was king, he grew fat from rating, but since last, we have seen him. No one watches cable anymore, and streaming has taken over. So instead of cable the switch to video games has more eyes, which you eluded to but not just for power but also sustenance.

Doesn't seem that lazy to me. Seems way less lazy than Pyro, Toad, Avalanche, The Blob, etc. The Blob: He fat. "Nothing can stop the Blob." Mojo: very complex appearance, lots of tv executive satire, entire dimension designed around him, personality, numerous ancillary characters created just for his verse, lots of lore around his race, biology, the backstory of his race, numerous technologies created to support the character. I'd say it took 100 times as long to create every aspect of the Mojoverse as it did to create every aspect of The Blob
