Selene is probably the most camp of Marvel’s villains next to Sauron. She has all of this power but she mostly just sits in Dominatrix gear, drinks wine and does petty stuff. And she debuted 3 years before Apocalypse, confirmed to have been going around in Conan times in 1985 when Khulan Gath returned. She also has this thing where she’s all into red heads who can kill her. She’s very Jennifer’s Body like that.

Necrosha is really funny in the fact that, in her quest to become a god, she had Cypher resurrected and under her influence just so he can sneak into the home of the New Mutants to beat Selene’s flop granddaughter, Magma, to death with a crowbar.

Elemental manipulation - Storm/Iceman. Electromagnetic spectrum manipulation - Magento/Onslaught. Time travel/inter-dimensional travel - Cable/Bishop/Nate Grey. Enhanced conditioning - Beast. Matter transmutation - Absolon Mercator. Self molecular manipulation - Apocalypse. Invisibility- Cipher. Intangibility - Kitty pride. Gifted intelligence/self mastery - Sage.

@@master-of-mind5881 Storm is definitely my fav mutant. And in terms of who I think is the most powerful. Maybe Nate Grey. Alot of characters were stated to be the most powerful mutant like Nate himself, Matthew Malloy, Legion, Franklin etc. But Legion put the universe in a box. That's Eternity + Infinity. Infinity gems level shit and created a new universe. Yet even he was scared of Nate Grey and Nate possessed her and dominated all of his personalities with ease. To me that is next level crazy. By feat alone Marquis of Death has one of the best. And what Legion did in AoX is comparable to that of MoD in terms of feat. Yet Legion was scared of Nate Grey. Besides Marqius of Death had billions of years of experience. Not fair.. inexperienced Nate was stated to rival Dark Phoenix Jean in terms of raw power. And DP grows more powerful by the second and is endless and boundless. That's quite alot.. Besides it was already stated that he is the most powerful psionic in any reality. So there r afew things that would give him the spot imo.. I would say Nate Grey, Matthew Malloy and full control Legion would be the most OP

For me the most powerful would be either New Sun, Nate Grey, Mr M, Wanda, Jamie Braddox. New Sun was able to neutralise the Phoenix from his reality that’s no small feat. I have to agree with Matthew Malloy and his potential although I can’t help but feel that he’s a one trick pony in a way. His storyline is linear and his fate is sealed by time travel? Apparently Xavier went back in time and erased him from existence. Lazy writing I wish he was written to his fullest extent! Honourable mention would be Rachel Grey. She possesses atomic manipulation, time travel, dimensional travel. This is what I love about the X-men, it’s so rich in diversity and lucrative in power sets. There’s no limits to what mutants can do and together weather it’s the Xmen in particular or a separate faction, they’d wipe the floor with any other team. X-men are so underrated. People are convinced by the movies. I love the movie franchise I really do (eager to watch Deadpool 3 now) but they nerfed many characters and their powers including storm. People have no idea how powerful she is. I don’t even think Xmen 97 does her powers justice.

Not sure if this has been 'ret-conn'd' or not but based on the general rules of Marvel Vampires (biovampirism, psychicvampirism, etc) all marvel vampires are constantly 'Starving'. Their body burns itself up and constantly requires fresh infusions of whatever they feed on. This was demonstrated quite clearly with the Leader's failed experiment to replicate the Hulk's gamma powers known as "Half-Life" Another example of biovampirism is Galactus who is constantly starving. He is never satisfied and must continue to feed to maintain his health. That being said, the most effective way to defeat any marvel vampire is deprivation. Imprison or isolate them from their food supply and while they may not die, they will weaken until they enter torpor and remain that way until they are supplied with more sustenance. At least Marvel recognizes this as a weakness. D.C. continues to tout that 'immortaliity' is the most powerful and terrifying of powers. That is just so much B.S. We are supposed to be afraid of Vandal Savage, the man who cannot die. Oh? So that means he can be tortured forever? He can be brutalized and never find relief?. Sounds more like a curse than a super power. He's the Energizer Bunny mixed with Wiley Coyote. Who would want that? The easiest way to defeat Vandal Savage is with ranged weapons, something no one ever attempts, and then freeze his body, feed it into a woodchipper and dump the pieces into a vat of rubber intended to be made into hockey pucks. He may not be dead but it will be 10000 years before you ever seen him again. So a marvel hero can do all that to Vandal Savage and still have a clean conscience that they didn't have to resort to "killing" someone and they made the world a better place by removing him from it for the immediate future.

Has inanimate manipulation, shadow manipulation and on top of that she can drain the Life Force, plus she is highly experienced with magic. That's a whole hosts of power. Apocalypse got recked by Nimrod, Magneto defeated Nimrod. When Apocalypse and Magneto fought despite Apocalypse being depowered (I'll admit) he got owned by Magneto I am invoking this Bcz Magneto plus Dr Doom were being owned by Selene. She was even toying with them. And Doom himself said to not provoke her bcz she can end them with a thought. And he needed the help of Magneto in order to confront her. I think that says enough of just how dangerous she is.
