Beautiful finished. Nice piece of artwork. Wish I can do the same like yours. Unfortunately with my cancer treatment. My nerves system are damaged by chemotherapy. Therefore I am not like i was. I am working on Mazda MX5 at the moment. I know it won't be perfect. At the very least I can distract from cancer treatment and keep myself motivate and fulfill the dreams.
@mokeipaint Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I think it will be a wonderful work because you put your heart into the MX-5 that you made while undergoing cancer treatment. I have heard from doctors that people who get cancer have a low basal body temperature. In Japan, it has long been customary to soak in a bath at about 40°C every night. Soaking in a bath has the effect of raising your basal body temperature and boosts your immunity. It seems that there is a way to raise the basal body temperature with meals and more. I sometimes hear stories of terminal cancer disappearing with this method. I hope your cancer will be cured.

Thank you. I use the actual car paint to match the color. Because there are few primary colors in model paint, it is not possible to match the colors of a real car. Another method is to use water-based colors that are used to paint on paper. Water-based colors are available in a wide variety of colors, so it is possible to match the color of the actual vehicle. Water-based colors can be purchased at art supply stores. Water-based colors can be applied to plastic by thinning with Tamiya acrylic thinner. When using water-based colors, be sure to apply a lacquer clear or urethane clear coat😀

thank you. I am glad that you are pleased. Putty is attached in two parts. After deciding the shape of one place, attach two places of putty. Hi, superb technique! I always have problems when I paint with the airbrush ... or I get orange peel or a surface that is not perfectly shiny. I use Ts Tamiya and Mr. Color. For now I haven't tried 2k yet. Can you tell me the brand of your urethane paint and explain the baton touch technique to me in more detail. Thank you Luca
@mokeipaint2 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much. I add 40% thinner to Tamiya colors and 80% to Mr colors. The thinner I use is for airbrush. The only way to learn how to paint is to practice and learn by feel. The same goes for baton touch. Please slow down the video and check the timing of releasing your hand from the lever. With a little practice, you will be able to do it. I use urethane clear for real cars. You can buy it at model stores or RC stores. It is recommended to use urethane clear after you are able to paint beautifully with lacquer paint.

@@mokeipaint Ok ... I slowed down the video and I see you naturally release the lever when you are off the surface to be painted and give short, quick lever strokes. I don't know what else I could see. The spray distance seems to me to be below 10 cm.
@mokeipaint2 жыл бұрын
thank you. Yes! That's right. The distance I apply with an airbrush is 1cm ~ 6cm. If the distance of the airbrush is reduced, it will be difficult to paint, so reduce the discharge amount. You will need practice.
