@youtuberson4077
@youtuberson4077 3 жыл бұрын
@@arminius3808 it is actually a cycle, if someone is abused and they don't confront what happened to them, if they don't try to heal from it, they repress the pain and the shame and there's a high probability they will repeat the behaviors that were done to them. When someone is abused, ESPECIALLY at such a young age, that creates trauma and the brain gets stuck at that age. Children don't know to ask for help, to tell someone that something has happened, just like Larry said. Sexual abuse isn't about sex, it's about control. Often times when a child is abused, they'll grow up seeking to retain control and the most common thing that will happen? They'll reinact what happened to them so that they're in control this time.

@Samuel Thomas Religion in general man. After years of wondering who or what I believed in I eventually just decided I'm not the religion type, even though my family is Catholic. Religious people judge you for anything they consider wrong and try their hardest to force their beliefs down your throat. It's sickening.
@RB-bd5tz
@RB-bd5tz 3 жыл бұрын
@@shlankbank Please don't judge God by the behaviour of overzealous hypocrites; they're not acting in a Christian spirit. "Judge not, that ye be not judged (Matthew 7:1)." If someone doesn't want to hear about Christianity, the Christian is to leave them alone: "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet (Matthew 10:14)." God does not force Himself on anyone; He invites people to join Him. "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord (Isaiah 1:18)." "I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore CHOOSE life (Deuteronomy 30:19)." It is GOD who gives people freedom of will and thought. He gave Adam & Eve the CHOICE of eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil - and everyone since has the CHOICE to follow God or not. Who ACTUALLY prevents people from having choice, or thinking freely? Non-Christians! The world at large has abandoned God, and what do we see. Evolutionists have had the Bible banned from government, schools, entertainment, and libraries - so who is trying to force their beliefs down other's throats? The world passes laws specifically against Christian evangelism (as in Muslim and socialist countries), and against arguing with "certain groups" from a Biblical perspective (Canada, 2013). Which countries have traditionally had the MOST freedom of belief, religion, speech, and expression? The ones that were established under Christian principles. Did those countries ban Islam, Buddhism, evolutionism, or atheism? Nope. Which countries have the LEAST freedom of belief, religion, speech, and expression? Besides the Islamic ones, it's been the atheistic ones: the USSR, China, North Korea, Nazi Germany. Now, see these freedoms disappearing even the West, as they crumble under the weight of socialist propaganda. In England, you can be thrown in jail just for offending someone, whether you meant it or not - and it's the offended person who decides what is offensive. This is the 1984-style thought crime that Orwell warned us about. Did God put this law into effect, or did man? And why is it that anyone can post anything they want on KZbin about loving Satan or other anti-Christian sentiment, but my Christian comments sometimes disappear? It's sickening.

@Dexter Morgan It‘s understandable to a degree to hate priests but remember that His Holiness Pope Francis immediately declared a war against the sexual abuse of nuns and children. His Holiness says that sexual abuse of any kind is a horrible crime that ought not be tolerated. He also swiftly created the „Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors“, an institution within the Roman Catholic Church whose only task is to protect children. Furthermore, allow me to tell you the name of a priest who had a heart of gold and a temper that never tired. Maximilian Kolbe, a Franciscan priest who sacrificed his own life and thus saved another life in Auschwitz, a death camp created by the devil.

Dear Larry, I am extremely sorry that that happened to you! Such offenders never consider the consequences of their actions toward little boys and girls. They just want what they want, and #&%! what happens to you as a result. They really should be severely punished for violating children, yet even that won't help you overcome the disgust of what they've done to you. Your innocence is something you can never get back once it has been taken from you. My heart really goes out to you even though it's been years and years since it took place. Those men may call themselves priests, but they have NO conscience and no viable soul if they can sexually assault a young boy, then go skipping down the yellow brick road afterwards. Being celibate is NO excuse to sexually abuse anyone. They CAN control themselves before anything so heinous happens. They just won't. Here is a poem I authored: DISHONOR Copyright (c) Haile Nkrumah Gault - All Rights Reserved. He was a respected man of the cloth, so you weren't taking a chance. How could you know his secret desire was to explore underneath your pants? Deceiving you like the devil into making you believe you had his trust; Preying upon you to satiate the gutter sickness of his lust. He was supposedly representing God when to you he did these things; Couldn't give less than a damn about the horror to you he'd bring. You were only a growing boy and you felt what was happening was wrong, But the priest had clout and he threatened you, and so you went along. You could never tell your parents; they had known this man for years. He ministered to them when they were young; it's their confession he hears. You doubted if you were even a boy, and would you ever become a man? If word got out to your friends and family would they ever understand? A man of the cloth is no closer to God than you nor anybody else! In fact, in the Bible there's no distinction between clergy and the rest. There are certain areas of a child's body that grown-up should not touch, Nor should he view, nor should he discuss, nor should he inquire as much. You don't need for him to demonstrate for you how sex is going to be. It's just his perversion for you to expose what it is he wants to see. And I don't care what he says, tell your parents, your friends, a cop. Be anything but silent; until he is caught the behavior will never stop!

I was raised in an Irish Catholic family of twelve siblings. We attended parochial schools and were active members of St. John's RCC. This was in the 1960's and 70's. In 2018 it was discovered that the Diocese of Buffalo had kept secret files of abusive clergy for decades. The Buffalo Evening News and plaintiffs attorneys published these allegations. The files were stolen from the chancellor's office by an employee, S. O'Connor. The numerous abuse survivors now had proof to sue the various Church entities. Bishop Richard Malone was forced to resign and the diocese declared bankruptcy. This is the reason why parishioners have stopped attending Mass and/or financially supporting the church's ministries.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned, but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God. Religion is a device designed by men in the service of the Devil, Lucifer, to enslave the minds and bodies of people and prevent them coming from darkness into light and from having a personal relationship with their Saviour Jesus Christ. The Vatican is the worst offender of all the religions and the most satanic organisation on earth. God - Yehovah will require an account of them at His Great White Throne Judgement. Unfortunately, everybody who has died in their sin, without the Advocate, Jesus Christ will have their share in Yehovah's everlasting judgement, the lake of fire. Please, get off the fence. You need a saviour. Ask God to save you from judgement today. Don't leave it till it's too late. It's not worth it. Please don't blame Yehovah for the evil deeds of evil men. Their Judgment cometh, and that right soon! This is the most important decision you'll ever make. Come into the light of God's Salvation and He will set you free.
