I'm not a Black stan, but I wish they hadn't made Aegon a rapist. Just can't root for him. I'm not taking shots at the writing or anything. I'm just saying that if he was more of a grey area, it would make my decision harder. Team Green can kick rocks. That being said, I do love characters on both sides, even if their awful. Still fun to watch.

​@@BlinkptxI totally understand that, but in GoT you really are left with few real good options. In HotD Rhaenyra and Daemon are literal murderers in s1 ep6, Viserys and Daemon are groomers, even in the Rhaenyra Criston sex scene there was an abuse of power. And in GoT, the less said the better. Tyrion, Jaime, Cersei have all done some sort of rape. The best way to follow the show I find is not to root for any of the characters, but admire the complexities of their qualities. And team green is absolutely the cooler of the factions, especially with the kids

@afifmajid8754 In what way did Tyrion rape anyone in the show? He specifically said he wouldn't rape Sansa. Unless you count their marriage for some reason, which wasn't his choice. Regardless, you're definitely right. Actual good people in this world are few and far between. I don't expect everyone to agree or understand my PoV, but I'm just more forgiving of murder than rape I guess. Between that and donating his kids to the child fight club, I've got nothing to root for Aegon with. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy his character. I like the Greens a lot. I don't think the Blacks are good people for the most part, but at the end of the day, Rhaenyra was the chosen successor, and they stole it from her. I feel like she'd be a better ruler. She's less of a monster than Aegon, in my opinion.

@@Blinkptx Book Tyrion is worst, he is a total rapist. Also it was never said that it's Aegon who gave his kid to the fight club. That kid was Gaemon palehair, an important character from the book and I am pretty sure it's his mother who put the kid in the fight pit.

Also the kid we saw there is Gaemon Palehair, who was supposed to appear way later in the story. And I am pretty sure it's the boy's mother who put him in that fight club to gain some money.

Aemond isn’t wrong though both sides are at war - what do you want me to do, not do anything? It’s like he said she cares too much for Rhaenyra, but that isn’t good when Team Black is literally coming for her House. It’s either you’re in or you’re out.

There is no way Aemond refers to his mother as "Alicent"and then call her a fool. Hes too much of a mamas boy to disrespect her like that, im sensing some fuckery at foot with the editing. I mean we see him with her most of time he is shown on screen in the trailers.

It’s pretty reasonable, especially if it’s after B&C. Aemond and his family is at war for their lives, yet Alicent is always advocating on behalf of their enemies.
