Nice and personal presentation of your cymbals! You really rock, too.

Oh, I heard everything about thin crash cymbals. I stopped using thin crash cymbals because I feel like they'll last for a while. In contrast to this, I'm into the medium-weight crashes, rides, and hats because I'm more of a standard drummer who plays rock, mostly pop, R&B, and hip-hop music. So I'm more like a blend. Furthermore, I enjoyed your paiste collection so far, Molly. I got a bunch of Paiste Cymbals from the PST series.

Masters Extra Thin are ridiculously beautiful crashes. Got a 20" permanently up as my main studio crash.

Haven’t played Paiste. Always been a Zildjian user, but man these sound so good! Nice demo! Will have to check them out at the local drum shop.

Believe it or not, thinner cymbals actually last longer. The more it gives when you got it, the more longevity in the cymbal. I've been in a metal with thick cymbals and I broke them all the time. Also more you travel and play, three more often you'll break cymbals regardless

What would you recommend for country? I have Signature reflectors that i used for rock bands, but I have a country gig now. They seem to be fine for country, but they are heavy crashes.

I have a 16 prototype traditional that I was able to get working at a drum shop 10-15 years ago and it's a sick cymbal very dark but super shimmery as well very wild that there's such a wide perspective to their sound. Also very soft meaning they do bend easily. I'm not a very heavy player by any means and h as v 3 hardly broken a stick let alone a cymbal but they are very maleable. My buddy chaun Horton was the first guy I knew that had a stack of paistes and his were all bent up crazy looking and I was like damn you must bash, even tho he can that's not why they looked t he way they do, it's just how they are. Yes very expensive as well. Howd you get hooked up with paiste so young or what gig really got you in the door there? Just curious. 👍🏻

Once someones starts calling there endorced brand the "best of the best" I just give up. how do you quantify that these are better than any other cymbal companies products? They may certianly have all the sounds that work best for you and the company may be fantastic in supporting you. I've found the sounds that work for me in many brands cymbals and they all supply a high quality product.

Most cymbal brands do have great top of the line cymbals. My biggest argument for Paiste is all there cymbals are pretty amazing and would be put in the category of high end. Also the longevity of Paiste cymbals I would argue outlives any cymbal I have played!

I'm not a "girly" 😅 but these sound good. I never really got into big cymbals when I was younger, but now I love them. I'm looking for a 23 or 24" ride-- that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, that is....

Sadly, PAISTE often does a terrible job of keeping full stock at Sweetwater. Constantly unavailable. In fact, 6 of the 8 cymbals in your linked list are unavailable. WHY is this the case when their competitor stock is nearly always available? Please don't say it's because they're more in demand than Zildjian, Meinl, and Sabian. PS: Your "Link to gear I Use" link isn't working.

little advice, cymbals do not sound better if not polished or cleaned properly every once in a while, they lose their voice and will sound less bright then they were brand new, but if thats what you like then you do you

@@ulisseslopez3738if you’re breaking cymbals regularly (or even occasionally) you should really investigate how you angle and hit them. Because they’re supposed to last forever, even if you hit ridiculously hard.
