Thank you for this video. This is gonna be my first time cooking molokhia and I actually never heard of it before 😄.... I like that your recipe is simple.. is it okay if I add fresh tomatoes to mine?

You want to use the fresh kind if at all possible. It's still called the same thing. The taste is way different. Lots of garlic helps the frozen kind. But it's still slimy, like cooking canned spinach.

you must put a glass of squeezed lemon before putting the moulokhie to avoid saliva
