What was her motive to kill her daughter, though? Like I understand, they don’t have to prove motive, but it still seems odd to me that she would just randomly shoot her five-year-old daughter after taking the kids to the park. And the fact of the matter is, nobody knows what happened, except for her and assuming that she’s the one who did it with no evidence isn’t great either. I know it’s an unpopular opinion and I don’t have much empathy for her, but at the end of the day, it’s odd.

Start listening to other calls, of other people, who were never suspected* of taking, and who *did* not take either, a life, but who called 911 as well to say they found a (or more than one) dead person - it happens *A LOT* of the times that *THEY* AS WELL *START* with an explanation of *why it is that THEY found the person(s) "now", "there".*

Any way you look at it, she’s responsible, she should be held accountable and she, herself is the only one she would have been protecting. No one in their right mind would blame a two year old for getting a gun they shouldn’t even have access to and firing it when they didn’t even comprehend what it could do or have any concept of what death really means. And even if he did do that and shot his sister, not only is that an accident because a 2 year old has no idea what death is... it's still her fault for keeping a loaded gun around! Depends on the gun, normally handguns will range from 5 lbs of pressure to pull the trigger back or if it’s a hammerless, it’ll be closer to 14 lbs.

Nobody thinks of the trauma that these child murderers put on the police, ems, and fire dept employees who have to deal with the aftermath. Most of these employees have kids themselves. My Father-in-law is a retired captain on the fire dept & definitely has PTSD from things he’s seen.

No, those detectives opened up a line of defense with their unprofessional behavior. It doesn't matter how angry and frustrated they are, cops cannot simply act on those emotions because when they do, mistakes get made. There's no question that the mother is human garbage but that doesn't mean the cops were totally professional either.

Why does it matter what the police said to her during an interview? It's their job to get the truth, a confession even. I've seen hundreds of interrogation where detectives lie to people to get them to talk more.

That’s what’s so wrong about this, the words she spat out to protect herself could have gotten another innocent person killed. What if the description of the subject was used to detain someone, who then got spooked, ran and was shot? I know it’s a lot of what ifs, but this was all to cover up that she was selling drugs. Let that sink in. Her daughter was dead. She was more worried about the cops finding out the truth about the drugs.
