In our home I cook eggs every day, so I have become very good at making them. My family loves them and they are so delicious. The key to scrambled eggs is a very hot pan with oil.
If the pan is so hot, oil is popping everywhere. Take it off of the stove. If you hear it sizzling, it's ready.
Ingredients:
Eggs
Salt
Pepper- (Fresh cracked pepper if possible)
Cajun Seasoning ( optional, but worth it!)
