I've found that for smoothies, sometimes they will blend better/easier/faster if you put all your soft/liquid ingredients in first and then add the frozen stuff. The soft ingredients will blend into a thin liquid that slowly sucks the frozen pieces in and then I usually only have to mix it once, if that!

Suggestion. How about oatmeal with fresh fruits and nuts in the morning. It sustains longer controls the blood sugar plus the fresh fruits and nuts. They're getting a lot of carbs and sugar in the morning. It's not good for the thinking cap as it's a crash and burn breakfast. They get a lot of sugar throughout their day. There's a lot of sugar that goes in their lunches. Just a suggestion to keep their energy level higher plus so much healthier. Keep up the good work Mom. I don't know how you have all the energy that you do. The kids seem to adore you which is so beautiful to see. I love how you actually play with them as well

Bread hack. You can use the ends of the bread for sandwiches, just put the end side of the piece facing inside the sandwich. Chances are they won’t even notice especially for a PB&J sandwich or grilled cheese. OR save the ends of all of the loaves you go through (can be frozen) and use them for French toast. Cut the cooked French toast into sticks using a pizza cutter for easier dunking into syrup.

NO NEED to use knife to spread the lines of product on the bread. with each bite they will get the product anyways. What it will be easier is to grab a piece of card stock paper and write each kids name on it- and laminate it. And than on a black washable marker you should let them write what changes what they want on a sandwiches changes and hang it on a fridge so it will be easier for you. And for medicines you should type it up or write it on a notebook of which medicine go to which kid and put it inside you lock box of prescriptions so you won’t having a hard time so you won’t forget what is what, you know what I mean. It’s helps me out a lot.
