I love how you try to make their meal full .. with yogurt .. maybe hummus instead of ranch? or Avocado dip? or Spinach feta ? eggs? different type of meat [sussage / nuggets / .. etc] anything but the Ketchup or the fluff .. certain children seems to eat loads of sugar which doesn't help .. especially for mental and emotional health .. I only type this in hope you see it .. because I know you care for them all .. and I truly think some of them can use different options

I love these videos. I’m an Australian and these videos have me me realise that we eat so differently. I’m just wondering if someone could tell me if these are foods that you eat? In perhaps a smaller family? I suppose that we obviously don’t have half the foods in Australia that people in the US have. Meat and fresh produce we have in abundance but it’s the middle of the supermarket where things are very different. We were sent to school with a sandwich and piece of fruit 😂

Everyone worrying about sandwiches, my son would take an “air sandwich” just so teachers wouldn’t bother him or call me with a lecture on proper food for lunches. 2 slices of bread in a sandwich box that he kept all week and threw away every Friday. His medication ruined his appetite during school so I made him late lunch when he got home. But that wasn’t acceptable so he tricked them for 3 years🤣 A ketchup sandwich is better than no sandwich, at least he’s eating something!

Do you ever make hand pies for the family? They're really good for a meal on the go! You could just use Pillsbury canned pie crust; roll that out and cut a rectangle for each pie, put the filling in the middle and fold the long side over to the other side and crimp it closed. You know like those Hostess fried pies? That shape! Then just spray with cooking spray and bake (sprinkle the outside with sugar for a sweet one or you could do chicken pot pie filling if you want a savory one).

Tip when making scrambled eggs: to get the most out of your eggs use a whisk to scramble it instead of a Spatula...while it's on the fire just whisk it continuously...this will help it cook faster and it's gonna scramble it up into much more smaller fluffier pieces.....I do this when I'm very short on eggs an I got other mouths to feed...it's a life saver and also a time saver Edit: a fork can also work if you don't have access to a whisk

I have a twenty four year old that will be going into law and my youngest is twenty two, he is autistic , he is so loving and caring! I have no contact with her for a few years, she hasn’t seen my sons for well over two years, they are old enough to understand her and they won’t have anything to do with her because how she has treated me! I used to love summer holidays, my husband would be working so I would pack a picnic and off we would go, I have told my eldest that I want a baby, he said he hasn’t even met a girl yet so no grandchildren yet, I am only in my forties so I look forward to the future! Alicia, I worry for you because of all the arm movements. In my 20's, hanging clothes on the line would tire my arms out. In 2008 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I get shooting knife like pains in my shoulders & am sensitive to lights, sounds & air currents. I'm always cold. So it's the caretakers of this world that usually develop this auto immune disease. It's not fun to live with. I feel worried for you because you make alot of movements... 🙏. Since then, I've developed many other issues & am basically in chronic pain with mobility issues. I enjoy your videos because you are just such a positive influence!!! ❤️. So I push myself a bit more & try to dig deep for discipline with myself.
