Mom's healthy soup recipe that you won't be able to tear yourself away from! It is so delicious!
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop the onion finely.
Melt 20 grams of butter and fry the onion over medium heat.
Cut 1/2 eggplant into cubes.
Grate the carrots.
Finely chop the peppers and hot chili.
Cut 200 grams of smoked meat into cubes.
Cut 4 potatoes into cubes.
Add salt, oregano, smoked paprika and rosemary and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in 1.5 liters of vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Add 50 grams of vermicelli and cook until tender.
Finely chop the dill and add it when everything is ready.
