The only reason she would NEED treatment is because it's affecting her daily life mainly the fact that she said she has pain or because she wanted to.

It's a vascular malformation syndrome. My daughter was born with something similar, and that resulted in her having extensive surgeries throughout her life. My daughter had an AVM in her right leg, a Vitamin K deficiency and something medically called a cavernous hemangioma (basically a blood tumor with very little bone formation wrapped in skin). She would bleed out tremendously when she learned to crawl - all I can safely say is thank goodness for Shriner's Hospitals, who corrected almost all of her issues over the years.
