Given the way she acted in this hearing, I'd say it's warranted. As you said it's been 2 1/2 years and she still hasn't stopped. She's still filing frivolous motions. I think that the attorney should file for attorney's fees at the show-cause she's going to be doing. Because eventually the courts will stop accepting her motions, if there's too many frivolous motions.

It is very disturbing that this woman is working with children at all. Who can honestly say they would want her working, caring for, or influencing their children? She an educator should know how her behavior negativity impacts children's development. Why is it important to know who is picking up kids. The importance of not having any scenes at school activities. There is no way her colleagues are not aware that she is a lunatic.
