Great video! The new real book however changes some of the harmonies and uses different section markers because the song has a written introduction which is a condensed version of ABC. So the intro is section A, your A & B is just section B, and then C is equal, with the solos happening on just B and C (but after solos start from the head at A, which is how Coltrane played it). It of course does not change anything on the analysis part, but pointing it out as it might be confusing for others trying to follow this with some version of a real book (or even coltrane's omnibook) transcription. The few harmonies which are slightly different is that bar 8 of your A section makes out D-7b5 > G7 instead of D-7 to G7 (which to me sounds more like the recorded version). And G7 > C7(#5) for bar 13 in your score. Both applied to the similar bars in the C section. And of course the last bar, Coltrane ends the tune on this beautiful alteration of the I as he picks the Eb7#9 to give it this open ended feel but still slightly resolved instead of going for the regular I.
