You can actually see the killer in the background, hiding a gun in a newspaper - 0:36 . Though you don't know of his involvement until later in the episode.

If there was a bullet in the victim before he was run over, wouldn't Brisko and Logan have heard about it when they met the medical examiner? I would find it strange for the medical examiner to hand them fibers off a scarf but not tell them of any bullets she found in the victim.

I've literally witnessed events happening in front of me so fast I reacted faster then my ability to blink. Car accident happened ehile we were playing front yard baseball. Im the batter. Ball is pitched, I hit it and the millisecond I go to start running for 1st base cars collide half a block away. Im running towards the accident before anyone else in my family could even turn their heads to look. But they quickly overtook me and we were helping people out of vehicles in less then a minute. I think the best part of this clip is just how accurately it captures the callous nature of how people treat the homeless. "who want's to look?" "I work hard, not giving it away" "he had a coffee, he doesn't need my quarter" "saw him comin, turned my back". It's pretty brutal, but very very honest.

@Esau Davis when I said ‘quickly’, I didn’t mean that they shave on Tuesday and then have a Gandalf beard when they wake up on Wednesday! And what was the cost of living back then? Hmm? I started working in '90, don't pretend that what we were making even in 2000 covers the extreme rise in housing, food, and utility costs. If minimum wage kept up with cost of living increases, it would be over $20 an hour, and you think $7.25, or even $10 an hour is fair compensation? Please.
