Loved that I got to see the little drive around of part of the community, love the vanity in the primary bedroom. Kitchen, washroom and closet could have a little more space but overall it doesnt leave too crooked a frown😄 Thanks for the showing Boothe!

Tiny but it's the potential and long term plans you will have for the property as u can see most properties are scaling down due to plan space but you as the onwer can benefit even greater if renting or selling back within couple of years

Great video... I live in harbour view currently and Ive seen them. Tbh i am not spending so much money for such a tiny space. Its a nice starter for like college renting or first time renters. Im a country yute and im used to yard space and I prefer my neighbors not so close. I have seen way better and larger houses being built for that much. To each their own still, not for me.

I think this is a fair and balanced perspective. Ruthven Towers has 1bdr apartments for $27m and 2bdr for $37m. This is a 2bdr townhouse for $22m, I don't understand why all the bad reviews really.

Lovely House Tour. The place is quite nice. Add any fancy delightful things to unit if you like. A place to sleep, eat and lounge; when you are not out working, exploring, shopping or partying. The price is awesome for the location. I am seeing an international airport, what, 5-10 minutes away; A Huggggeeee Asset!I glimpsed a view of the mountains and know the Caribbean sea is right there, priceless. The location I believe is within a few minutes, let that sink in, minutes to downtown, crossroads, halfway tree and New Kingston. Where most go to do important things. Wait, isn't the new highway coming soon to be able to run to the Eastern side of the Island in a jiffy?!? What a vision for the community. I hope the owners take care of this Lovely piece of investment, see the immense value and others will certainly follow with the build up. I now have to research the developers and see where they are buying land to see where the growth is happening...hey, they did the research invested lots, so I'm taking the value. Thank you sir for the tour.

@@brucewayne3801 I have a friend who lives in Harbour view and she houses two students to a double room They pay $10,000.00 per week so a two bedroom earns her $80,000.00 per month. As this is a gated community potential a request of $15,000.00 would not be a high asking price. So that is $120,000 per month with 4 students. With quarterly inspection that should eliminate damage to property.

Thanks for the tour. I am wondering why the vanity in the main bathroom upstairs has only one sink instead of two for the size of the vanity. I am here wondering if I'm too hype because the bathroom fixtures especially the shower head looks too basic for the price. I'm also wondering to myself if that is how the townhouses in Portmore will look and cost. I haven't seen kitchen cupboards designed like that (the ones at the top). It's different; not bad. The price...for a new built in the corporate area, it's not too excessive. I actually think it's within market range. Wondering to myself how much the houses in Harbour View cost now. Me juss a wonder nuff things. Overall, I don't think it's bad investment at face value. It really is not. If they don't ban short term rental on the restrictive covenant, I would use it as a Airbnb because it's close to the airport or maybe rent it long term to someone teaching at Maritime or who works at the airport.

@MomentsbyBoothe
@MomentsbyBoothe 2 жыл бұрын
This is a private developer so I think they can sell for whatever price they feel like, you more so have to look to NHT and HAJ for housing. A harsh reality but just how it goes. It’s like you start a business and then the government comes in to tell you how much to price your products and services, that would not be fair to you as the private owner of that business. But I completely understand your concern

Understand what you are saying, but these developers needs to understand that Jamaica is not a first world country,we are a third world country. The American mentally that has been developed over the years in regards to how one should live and operate within society, is what is recking the country Then again it's all about the money 💰🤑 (American term: all about the paper). whether private developer or not, this is definitely not how vision 2030 is going to be achieved. These people need to understand that without the customers, they have no business

@@carcar9247 you determining your dollar worth is already predefine by the economics of the country. You notice 15 mil brand new is getting you spanish town silver sun houses and a very thin and tiny prefab structure is 6 and 7 mil that you cant build on in spanish town area aka catherine estates? 23 mil brand new in harbourview with that space is not out of pall bark. Where I live apts start from 35mil for 2 bedroom now. Lowest is 32 mill. 23 mil cant even get you a old house uptown and I live in a middle class area. But if you think you can get much more in A DECENT AREA OF KINGSTON SAME SIZE for that money ok then....
