Great video... I live in harbour view currently and Ive seen them. Tbh i am not spending so much money for such a tiny space. Its a nice starter for like college renting or first time renters. Lovely House Tour. The place is quite nice. Add any fancy delightful things to unit if you like. A place to sleep, eat and lounge; when you are not out working, exploring, shopping or partying. The price is awesome for the location. I am seeing an international airport, what, 5-10 minutes away; A Huggggeeee Asset!I glimpsed a view of the mountains and know the Caribbean sea is right there, priceless. The location I believe is within a few minutes, let that sink in, minutes to downtown, crossroads, halfway tree and New Kingston. Where most go to do important things. Wait, isn't the new highway coming soon to be able to run to the Eastern side of the Island in a jiffy?!? What a vision for the community. I hope the owners take care of this Lovely piece of investment, see the immense value and others will certainly follow with the build up. I now have to research the developers and see where they are buying land to see where the growth is happening...hey, they did the research invested lots, so I'm taking the value. Thank you sir for the tour.

Thanks for the tour. I am wondering why the vanity in the main bathroom upstairs has only one sink instead of two for the size of the vanity. I am here wondering if I'm too hype because the bathroom fixtures especially the shower head looks too basic for the price. I'm also wondering to myself if that is how the townhouses in Portmore will look and cost. I haven't seen kitchen cupboards designed like that (the ones at the top). It's different; not bad. The price...for a new built in the corporate area, it's not too excessive. I actually think it's within market range. Wondering to myself how much the houses in Harbour View cost now. Me juss a wonder nuff things. Overall, I don't think it's bad investment at face value. It really is not. If they don't ban short term rental on the restrictive covenant, I would use it as a Airbnb because it's close to the airport or maybe rent it long term to someone teaching at Maritime or who works at the airport.

All now I cannot see housings build where. Every single individual can offord... Governments say housings to build. But these prices is ridiculous for people.. Just for the upper class a people prices. No prices for lower class people.. These housings developers just a reaping off people. And the house not worth it in the interior.. Weak materials

Di developer dem a get well greedy man. Is a nice little house (really like the deep kitchen sink among other little things like the tank and water pump) but 22 mill is on the exorbitant side. Real Estate in Jamaica is getting as out of control as so many other 1st world countries and it's unfortunate.
