MOMMA'S SQUASH AND ONIONS...Old Recipe💥💯 Recipe Below👇👇👇

This is a dish that Momma cooked all my life..She learned it from Dad's Momma when She was Young..This is a So Simple yet absolutely Delicious Southern and beyond Favorite dish..Perfect Side for ANY meal
Recipe
5-6 Yellow Squash
1 medium Onion
1 cup Cornmeal Mix
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Canola oil (OR Your Choice of Cooking oil)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
***In my Opinion adding 8 pieces of "Cooked and Crumbled Bacon" and a Cup-Cup and one half Sliced Mushrooms would take this dish to the Next level***..Make it your own
Add 1/2 cup of oil to pan on medium heat and let it heat for a minute.
Chop up the Squash and Onions per the Video above. Place Squash in a bowl with a lid or 1 gallon Freezer bag add 1 cup Cornmeal Mix and 1/4 cup Flour and Shake well coating the Squash. Place Squash in the frying pan and add Onions...Add salt and Black Pepper and let cook for around 20 -25 minutes folding it over every minute or so till desired Browness is achieved..Then Devour!..It's literally that Good!!

Marshall, if you want your dad to gain weight quickly, do what I did for my dad when he lost weight after his lung collapsed. I fed him a bowl of ice cream every evening. In one month, he put on 15 pounds.

I cut up my squash with butter and onion and cook it down with a little water. Salt and pepper too. Mom always called it stewed squash.❤

I feel so blessed having found your channel a couple years ago. It was Momma's love for Jesus and being a witness for Him that kept me excited for the latest video. We all miss her.
