Mo姐, thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I’m sure you already know the rising results of both dough. Rather than just tell us the theory, you take the time and make the dough with caster sugar/allulose. That will save us a lot of frustration and headaches! Looking forward to try this soon! ❤😋

Thanks for doing the test on allulose with starter. I was so keen to see the result. Try to prepare in the afternoon instead 0400, u need more rest too. Stay healthy.

Mo Jie, I used white sugar to make the stuff starter, then use allulose for the main dough. It works perfectly well and no need to consume too much white sugar!

Mo 姐, after you shape the dough and but in the mold... how long did you leave in the fridge over night? and after you take off the fridge you can bake right away or we need to wait for the dough to cool down before bake? thanks
