i'm so happy i found this video!! i moved to japan a couple years ago and recently moved from inaka to a big city so i've been having too much fast food and never cooking enough.. these recipes are so simple and will also let me try new things from the grocery store🥺💕 thank you for sharing!!
tbh I’m trying to lose weight and I hope I am able to have a healthier relationship with food. For breakfast I just have fruits and for lunch I have more fruit or eggs or something, then for dinner I just have what my mom makes

Most fruits have a lot of sugar in them so it is much better to eat veggies with some protein for lunch

It's a great idea to have fruit in morning :) try and keep fruit till 3 pm as after that most people are less active and your body is preparing to sleep so instead of being converted to energy it will remain in your body. Maybe try have a smoothie in the morning to try get some greens in as well? You're definitely not having enough food atm ( not trying to be triggery, ik it can be) but don't be afraid to have more calories. Have the most carbs and sugars (including fruit) before 3 pm when you need energy and then aim for a more protein and low carb dinner since you'll be going to bed. It has helped me to think about why I'm putting what into my body and what it is doing to help me, that way I think of food more positively and healthily. I'm not fully there yet myself but we can do it 😊
