I think it's more likely that kashin Koji has a stronger version of future vision, being able to see multiple future paths just looks like a high tier ability. Momoshiki on the other hand, rather than seeing specific future paths, he instead sees key moments in time, but more importantly, these moments that momoshiki sees, are always in the eyes of Boruto. So it feels more likely that momoshiki sees events that happened to get him to a point where he takes over Boruto and reincarnate. Or that there's a future where momoshiki becomes an otsutsuki god and his godly version of himself sends him information of how he got to that level. Or a more fun theory, is that Boruto AND momoshiki comes together in the future and gain godly level power and instead, their sending information to their past selves to find the path hope.

Pretty sure in the anime’s he says yours and when boruto loses a eye he says you’ve lost one of your blue eyes basically confirming he’s talking abt boruto blue eyes I also don’t think it’s eida because when she first arrived in Konoha he was surprised at her charm ability and had no idea what it was at first He had to think about it He also admits to boruto when he gets revived that even he doesn’t know how “that” will come to pass. He also calls boruto his “blue eyed boy” all the time and even said “you lost one blue eye”

Momoshiki isn't "the strongest". He is a pure Otsutsuki and his specialty lies in utilizing "Doujutsu". The pure Byakugan, Doujutsu from the Otsutsuki clan & the Rinnegan via a pure Otsutsuki, Doujutsu from the Chakra Fruit(s)/Divine Tree(s)/Ten Tails Beast(s). Isshiki is also a pure Otsutsuki with a pure Byakugan and his specialty lies in Taijutsu. Kaguya is also a pure Otsutsuki with a pure Byakugan and her specialty lies in Ninjutsu. They all have the pure Byakugan(ALL SEEING WHITE EYE). Nick if you ever see this I have a theory that maybe when Momoshiki used his future sight he only saw to a certain distance in time meaning that he only saw till Kurama's death as he then assumed that Kurama dies like anything else, while when Kashin Koji used his it was farther in the story so it allowed him to see further along the story as he was merely continuing off where Momoshiki's vision ends

My theory is that he wasn't saying this to Boruto directly. He was simply stating it as he saw the future. I think he was referring to Eida. He saw her using omnipotence and her charm shinjutsu and saw that in doing this she will lose everything in the end. He was just saying it out loud in intrigue. His thoughts while talking to Boruto... 'Oooo the future is crazy around this kid... Oh holy crap was that a shinjutsu?.... Wow ... "Those blue eyes of yours will one day take everything from you" Me and this kid will make sure of it'... And after that, he was locked in Boruto who hasn't used any of his techniques and doesn't let the karma fully activate... So Momoshiki can't use his ten-paths to see a new future. That's why he's caught off guard for the rest of the manga. He can't see anymore, so he's relying on past knowledge of a world that has already changed.

I am thinking Momoshiki's future sight is being clouded by another more powerful entity (shibai) as kashin said "for a strange reason they have avoided the worse possible future many times". Did you forget about your own theory Nick? That Shibai is helping Boruto...and Momoshiki has actively had a fit over things not going the way they should. Him thinking Sasuke was nut makes a lot of sense when you think of it that way. Sasuke should have been caught in Omnipotence the same as everyone else. Meanwhile Sarada literally awakens her MS at that moment and talks Sasuke out of Omnipotence. We assume that Sarada is the reason here...and she might be, but it might be in tandem with Shibai also using a more subtle application of Omnipotence. What if Sarada's awakening wasn't supposed to sway Sasuke, what if Boruto was supposed to be alone in his time away from the village and he was supposed to be almost caught by Code. Having nothing to lose and utterly alone. Why wouldn't he give in to Momoshiki? It would be give in or die at that moment and even if Boruto held on and somehow escaped Code...are we expecting him not to actively be hunted? Especially by Sasuke who is Naruto's best friend? Eventually Boruto either would be on the edge of death or he'd be in enough trouble that he had no choice but to give in. Sasuke was probably supposed to be his chief tormentor after Omnipotence. But Shibai changing the outcome would suddenly make all of Momoshiki's distress make sense. He saw a future that got rewritten by a more powerful god. It would mean that he can't trust his own power in this situation because in a very real way the deck is stacked against him.

"Two Blue Vortex": Himawari and Boruto both have blue eyes. I think what Momoshiki is talking about is the Jogan and Tenseigan. I think Hima will activate the Tenseigan later in the story to stand alongside Boruto. This theory may be a stretch though.

In the anime, Sarada made the random but keen observation that Borutos eyes are more blue than his fathers, which is too strange of a coincidence when you think of Momo's prediction. It has to involve Borutos eyes, unless that was another random smoke screen.

Nick youre amazing and youre content is great but its all so simple. The blue eyes were reffering to Eida its simple forshadowing just like his comment about Kurama being passed down. Think about it in all the futures Kashin Koji saw the world ended. We are seeing a timeline that shouldnt exist. Momo was shocked by Sasuke helping Boruto. That should have been the end of Boruto but a "nexus point" happened when Sasuke decided to help Boruto. Then when Koji unlocked the 10 paths he was able to further break the future by helping Boruto further. Kurama shouldnt have been passed down because when the shinju attackes Hima would have just died without Boruto interviening. As far as why Himas eyes arnt just byakugan is simple... she wont be using byakugan as her main power.. its kurama now why have a blind lookin jinjuriki 😂 i think we are in a future that shouldnt exist that no one with future sight saw.. and its all part of Shibais plan to revive himself🎉🎉🎉

For his comment on Boruto, he may not have been able to imagine Omnipotence taking effect so could have seen Kawaki's (Boruto's post-Omnipotence) eyes as taking away his family and place in the world.

I think you’re right that Himawari will be important, that’s been confirmed. I personally think Momo was referring to HER blue eyes when he said that. I believe that in whatever future he was referring to Himawari somehow leads to Boruto losing everything. I think the panel that focuses on Boruto’s eyes is just a red herring.

Everyone's already talked about how it's 'those blue eyes' vs 'yours', but if it is his, I think it may mean the blue eyes that relate him to Naruto. The "same blue eyes as the 7th" that Sarada noticed. That's the big part I feel like we didn't touch much on that his eyes were noted as important by Sarada because they were Naruto's same eyes. I feel that was the big connecter: "You have Naruto's blue eyes" - "those blue eyes will take everything from you" - 'two blue vortex' might even be a double meaning towards that. I think it means that his relation to Naruto will lose him everything - which it did. Being connected to Naruto is the cause of his everything right now, the cause of Momoshiki coming in contact with him, Kawaki wanting to kill him, Kawaki wanting to be Naruto's son instead of him, all to little to no fault of his own due to his connections with his father. Which arguably wouldn't change the message whether one eye is cut out or not.

I was thinking maybe the future he saw for Naruto it was only Narutos future and not Kuruma. So all he saw was barion mode and him getting trapped by Kawaki. So he didn't see the full future of Kuruma. And in terms of the blue eyes, what if the reason people start breaking out of omnipotence because they realise Boruto has blue eyes the same as Naruto and Himawari. And this would cause Kawaki to go crazy and destroy the village. That's why the blue eyes will take everything away from Boruto.

As I see it, Sasuke helped boruto ONLY because of Sarada’s MS awakening. What he knows to be true of the MS can’t be overwritten by omnipotence. Which would explain why momo thought him insane and why he freaked out when omnipotence firing didn’t go “the way it was supposed to”. In sasukes mind, why would sarada awaken MS at the loss of some half trusted new comer (boruto as kawaki in their minds) when her hero, the 7th hokage was just apparently killed by him.

Well, it's like Syndrome's quote..."when everyone's super...no one is". When you have multiple people with Shinjutsu they counteract each other. It's why omnipotence also wasn't used lightly.

I disagree with this assessment that Kurama was passed down. He wasn't passed down at all. He was killed. He died. And when he manifested again, it was inside Himawari. That's not being passed on. There was no conscious choice of passing on. This was more like a lucky set of circumstances that played in favour of Himawari. Naruto didn't say at any point "oh, I'm going to make sure that Kurama is sealed in Himawari before I disappear".

I always thought that the blue eyes that Momoshiki references is that of Eida. Because she literally uses her shinjutsu to take everything away from Boruto. The two blue vortex could be a title that talks about multiple aspects of a bigger picture. Two being a pair, for Boruto and Kawaki, Himawari, and the vortex being a literal representation of the swirl that is Eidas eyes as the premise for this part 2 of Boruto. Like there’s no direct connection, but it’s meant to be a clever way of saying that this story is so much bigger than Naruto and why Boruto is only part of the story. It’s a story of dynamics and each dynamic is explored. I think it’s super interesting and I hope that it’s true and we see it expand in that way.

As another element of foreshadowing, Sarada also mentioned that Boruto had bluer eyes than Naruto very early in the series. And we all know how much he went through. So them being bluer than Naruto's means he could have it even harder in life than Naruto did.

There is one possibility you are ignoring Nick; Momoshiki taking over might not be a bad fate and may be unable to view his own future. In other words, if Boruto talk no jutsu's Momoshiki eventually like Naruto did for Kurama, Momoshiki may take over at high % chance and the worst part of the Shinju existing is being able to beat Boro-shiki and destroy the world Meanwhile something like Shibai reincarnating could destroy Momoshiki, destroying Momoshiki's ability to see Boruto's fate beyond that point and making him mortal again, which would be hell for a otsuski clan member but may not be much a loss for Boruto. Shibai could also decide after reviving to destroy everything the same way "Future Diary" ends... So yes literally everything would be taken but... Something may yet be given back As far as Kurama, maybe Momoshiki did not actually look beyond Kurama's destruction, he is something of a new being in Himawari, and he was also not technically passed down, as that has been a clear pattern of transfer directly body to body, not body to ressurrection to body.

Going with the paneling and how it's worded I believe that yes the firing of omnipotence was supposed to be when he lost everything, but how was it fired in the first place? Eida responded to Kawaki's wish to swap places with Boruto and he never would have wanted to had Boruto not been Naruto's son. So I believe the blue eyes comment is meaning the fact that he is Naruto's son and that being evidenced by his bright blue eyes momoshiki saw that his lineage would eventually be his downfall.

If they were made out of nature energy, Karma wouldn’t need to gather nature energy, so Naruto could use sage mode during the war arc. “Seeing the future” mixed with “having feelings about what you want the future to look like” inherently distorts the vision of whomever is viewing the future. The Otsusuki are prideful and clearly see what they want to see. With that kind of power, I doubt they’ve ever truly been challenged in their harvests. Yet, I don’t think they’d ever want to see themselves lose and since they don’t lose, they wouldn’t look for it. With their twisted ways, they interpret the visions they see incorrectly, probably for the first time because of the tailed beasts and a descending bloodline of Otsusuki living in humanity. Even if you could detach yourself in a way that Kashin Koji has to utilize even a fraction of this ability as he has, nature energy and senjutsu are abnormalities/wild cards to this ability. Momoshiki likely saw his own future in Boruto without either of them realizing it. Little is known about the Jougan so maybe it has certain reflective capabilities toward certain shinjutsu. Could explain how Shikamaru and certain others aren’t ’as affected’ as everyone else. Power of friendship stuff. Lmao

If you REALLY wanted to, you could say that the ten paths is how Black Zetsu, the manifestation of Kaguya's will, was able to orchestrate the entirety of ninja history. Actually it's fairly likely that Hagoromo also had some weaker version of the ten paths given how much he foretold the future and made preparations for it. Like Kashin Koji, he wouldn't have been able to control it. This actually makes sense given Kaguya ate the chakra fruit containing Shibai's DNA and chakra which is why she was so powerful in the first place, so she had to have also gotten a few shinjutsu. In fact, it's likely that her dimensional abilities were one of Shibai's shinjutsu. That all bone killing ash one also feels like a shinjutsu given she stated how much chakra it caused her to use.

I think Kawaki is going to make Eida redo the Omnipotence. Because something is gonna happen where he doesn't trust the Ninja anymore if it be after Amado finds a way to undo Omnipotence using Eida's subconscious. Then after she activates another Omnipotence, Kawaki is going to kill her at the same time saying thank you, and kissing her. As she dies crying. The Omnipotence goes off, and it's cast. The Omnipotence Kawaki asks for is that he will be the most powerful one in the ninja world, and he will be the most recognized, and respected one in the village. And that Boruto will be Konoha's enemy. After he says all of this we see Eida mouth something to him. And after it's done, he notices that all the ninja in the village start saluting him. And a child comes up to him asking him for his autograph, but instead of getting mad at the kid, he starts to then it's like he notices his heart has changed with the predicament he's in. And he tells the kid you know anything for family. Then he puts his hand over his mouth after realizing what he just said. And he takes off running towards the Hokage monument, his eyes get great big, and he sees his face on the Kage monument. It's his only older, he has a goatee. And then he runs home and he sees the Hokage cape and hat hanging up in his house. And he hears the voice of a female greeting him it's Sarada and she's pregnant. Just then he remembers Eidas last words as the explosion of omnipotence went off just before she died. They were, the trick is on you, ha, ha. All we saw was her mouth something to him. Not only did it bring about an even more powerful Omnipotence, that tricked everyone, there was a fail safe in the spell that if somebody killed Eida the Omnipotence would fast-forward time. Sarada asked Kawaki short day at the office Hon? Kawaki said no my dear, again not believing what he just said I just forgot my cape and hat. Then Kawaki used his own Shinjutsu Omnipresence to slow down time, and go to the dimension where Naruto and Hinata are, and they are still there just as young and spry as they were when they were sealed. When he comes back from his dimension, the time alteration stops, and Sarada asks did you just do that thing that you do? Kawaki scratched his head and said I got to leave. He grabbed his cape, and hat, and left. Went to the Hokage office, where there was a long time of Chunin ready to be promoted to Jounin. They just needed the paperwork signed by hand by the Hokage. So he goes in the back door, he's greeted by Shikadai his second in command, and Inojin his anbu black ops commander, and his personal assistant a robot named AX-10. Hima comes running into the office she tells Kawaki to come it's Sarada she's in the hospital she's ha... And before Hima can finish her sentence. Kawaki uses FTG and goes straight to the hospital. And Hima says oh big bro. And Hima FTG's out of there after he does. Kawaki is having a hard time understanding how he knows all of these jutsu, and furthermore who taught them to him.

Why have we not picked up on this yet? Is it not a possibility that the reason Boruto can travel across dimensions with FTG is tied to him being like 85% (or so) Otsutsuki? Given their seemingly inherent ability to dimension hop and proclivity for Time-space ninjutsu, maybe Boruto is using that to "focus" FTG in a way that allows him to cross dimensional barriers. Nick great content.., I think the blue eyes are a reference to Himawari being the one to take Boruto's life, symbolically referencing Sasuke taking Itachi's life. It also connects to boruto saying "dying in Konoha isn't a bad idea" when he was speaking to Kawaki. I know the anime is not manga but Urashiki did see glimpses into the future (a few seconds) in the time travel episode, so there is that to strengthen your point of Otsusuki's having future sight.

While himiwari did inherit kurama she didn’t get his full power, when you look at it, the text says “you have not the jutsu to pass it down.” Which is probably referring to the fact Naruto would have died with kurama and he would have been reborn like he was now instead of at full power like when most jinchurki get their TB. As for momoshiki’s future sight messing up, I wanna point out that zestu was prolly also using it to eventually get to where we was at the end of Naruto and team 7 manage to best the future that he had layed out so it’s not uncommon for the ninja to go about defying the otsutsuki(at least the main cast/thru plot)
