Angel....YOU SAID THAT! I was homeless once upon a Time and I had to look my Best. I couldn't just do any thing! I was told by workers in the shelter that I was delusional and needed to be humble. As if being homeless wasn't humbling enough! 😲

My best friend of years just disappeared from my life once I got sick. Now I'm unable to leave my house unless it's for a doctor's appointment so it's impossible to grow new friendships. If you have a good friend that's loyal and there for you, value them and don't take them for granted. It can be really lonely at times. I have my husband but it's just not the same as having a girlfriend to have girl talk with.

If the Tonka trucks are metal they are worth more than the plastic ones That blue planter was beautiful you could of clean it real good put a gloss on the bottom and use it to put fruit in it,use it in the spare restroom to put those dollar tree pebbles in it and fake flowers or put it by the front door to store umbrellas in it or when you take your shoes off drop them in plenty to do with that planter.

The homeless should look nice they’re people too. We feed the community and give clothes and the clothes is my area, we don’t give junk and I enjoy helping them shop without spending money. They are very appreciative for what they get❤️

Your right, homeless do not want to look homeless. I work with homeless for 20 yrs sheltering and feeding, and many have jobs but cannot afford housing. They sleep overnight in shelters, go to work, then return to shelter in evening.

The blue planter you could put cement with a solor light. Paint it and put your kids hand prints for decor. Or rocks instead of cement. It was pretty planter. Just a suggestion for next time. My sister did that with one.🙋😊have a awesome day.

I have 1 friend for over 20 years. We met at a nursing home. She was the nurse there and I was the CNA and we clicked from day 1 and remained friends to this day . Our kids have the same birthdays LOL ❤️❤️

You’re so right about the people at homeless shelter wanting to look decent. My mom worked at a homeless shelter for many years before she passed away in 2012 . Girl, let me tell you; she cared for each person , took her time getting to know them and made sure her friends at the shelter looked fierce! She loved her job!!! ❤️

Thank you so much for making the comments about homeless people. I volunteer for a homeless outreach and can never understand why people think that giving their pit stained, hole filed shirt etc is acceptable. IT IS NOT they are human beings with feelings and emotions. People never think homelessness can or will happen to them. FYI it can. Sit down and talk to the homeless population in your area and you will hear all kinds of stories as to how they got to the place they are in, bring tissues you may need them. Stop prey with them, let them know you see them and that God loves them.

Loving the pillows. I find nice ones at Goodwill and bring them home and wash them too (even if they appear to be new). But if you find any that are "Down" do not put them in the wash because the feathers will smell afterwards ( wash the pillow cover only in these cases) I learned the hard way☺️ Time for you to bust out the combat boots so your feet won't get wet💜

* Those Planters are made of TERRA COTTA (Baked Clay) Not Glass.. and if you find broken ones, save them.. The pieces of a broken one can be used to cover the Drainage Hole in the bottom so the Soil does not wash out with watering..

Yes, and Angel is so right I was homeless for a short time and it was a humbling experience! what Angel said is so true! We are all humans and sometimes through no fault of our own we find ourselves in need of help. Thank you Angel!
