Seems like they won't go ahead the way it was planned. Unlike what is explained in this video, recent reports suggests quarry sand only as opposed to marine sand, will be used to fill the space between the caisson belt and the shoreline using two bulk carriers. Futhermore, all capacitive trailing suction hopper dredgers of Jan de Nul are working on projects around the world at (sailing) months distance from Monaco.

Ceux qui jusque là avaient vue imprenable sur l'Ocean vont être dégouté ... Ils auront une barre d'immeubles certe chic mais plus du tout la meme superbe vue... Ils vont vendre lol Je trouve que ca dénature Monaco, ca perd de son charme là, trop de béton ( meme à 50000 € le m2) .... Ils auraient dû etendre cet ilot supplémentaire à Fontveille pour préserver Monte carle...
