I believe that Mona is immature and needs real-life experience. You have done everything for her, always buying and doing everything she wanted. She needs to go out and experience what it's like in the outside world, earn money, and live life. Take Bhavani for instance, she's a vlogger who just turned 24 and takes care of the whole family. This generation of girls is becoming independent and prioritizing their careers. I saw John and Mona's interview, and it seems he's already trying to control her, like her friendships, even though he's only known her for a short time.
