To celebrate our 10 year anniversary of stepping foot on that beloved stage, we’re sharing our performance of one of the most important songs of all time. 1963 changed the world of music forever … “I Want To Hold Your Hand” was The Beatles’ first American number-one hit which kicked off the British Invasion!

I became a Beatles fan as a teen, and this song was, and perhaps still is, my favorite of all their hits. Mona and Lisa's wonderful harmony fits this song perfectly. I wish I'd known about them when they were at the Cavern Club and had made the trip to see them live - what a performance!

I was spellbound watching -- had to watch it twice, one right after the other. I was 9 when I saw the Beatles on Ed Sullivan and have watched the video many times since -- now to see your performance, belting out the climactic parts -- you brought me back to the exuberant, ecstatic feeling from 60 years ago -- Mona and Lisa owning the music and its impact, just as John and Paul did back then. Prior to the Beatles I listened to and loved all the music we had in USA. In December 1963 I heard this song the first time and instantly I knew how much better than what we had. This was post Buddy Holly and Chuck Berry of course.
