Have you ever seen a butterfly in November? My Son passed unexpectedly. I took him home to Louisiana. I went to the casket for a final time. My feet would not move. Out of no place a beautiful Monarch flew up to my face. It looked like it was guiding me to the car. No one can tell me it wasn't my Son because it was. He knew he had to lead me to the car because I could not move. Congratulations to the bride. What a beautiful gift for her and her sister..

I had a somewhat similar experience about a year and a half ago: The night before my 25th birthday, I was having a moment where I was missing both of my paternal grandparents, who had both passed due to cancer. Before I drifted off to sleep, I whispered in the dark: “Please, Grandma and Grandpa… can I see you both in my dreams tonight? Just this once? I’d love more than anything to celebrate my birthday with you, too, even if it’s just in a dream.” I didn’t have any dreams that night, but when I woke up the next day, I saw that there were two ladybugs sitting on my window. Outside. In late October. When it was cold and rainy and all the bugs were supposed to be gone for the season. People can say that it was a coincidence, but I’d like to think that it was them, and that they ended up being there with me after all on my special day. 🥹🥹🥹🥹
