Understandably..;) I’ve done intermittent - though I call it inadvertent - fasting and recommend the same as a PT for those whose schedule/lifestyle allow it. It’s not for everyone but the pessimistic, dour scepticism of that email rightly set Bill off.

I saw the total eclipse a few years ago in Charleston, South Carolina and it was exactly how you described. Build up of anticipation. Gets like twilight for a few minutes, ohhs and ahhs and then everyone goes home. I stayed for the back half. Amazing.
