Nisha, I just want to commend you for posting this video, I can hear how conflicted you were about doing so. To those who struggle with depression this video will prove as helpful as one of your makeup videos. You are an example of how one can manage depression with grace, dignity and hope. Your hooded eye tutorial is what brought me to you way back when but it's your 'realness' and sense of humor that have kept me coming back. I find your honesty and willingness to show your vulnerable side refreshing. You are the best!

For a year, I barely got out of bed. I rarely went to the grocery store. I dropped down to 90 pounds. I alienated my friends. Doctor's medication didn't help. I turned to inappropriate behaviours. But one day I happened onto your hooded eye video. And it sort of triggered something. It sparked an interest again. I have no idea way. I quickly subscribed to other channels and started watching. Soon, I was venturing out to the drugstore. I don't have a lot of money, but I found products that I could afford, thanks to you and other content creators. I still have more bad days than good, but I feel as if I am moving ahead, slowly. Enjoy your husband, your family. They could be gone in a moment. And just ignore the haters.

Hi Nisha, I just had to comment, sorry it's going to be a bit long! Firstly this video was not at all boring or pants! I really enjoyed it and I was just thinking I must tell you how great it was when you started saying you thought it was bad! Really Nisha , I enjoyed the variety of it and seeing you in all different outfits with different hair, in different moods talking about loads of different things. I think more like this would be fab! Secondly, I totally get your up and down moods, I also struggle with depression and anxiety and rely on tablets to keep me well at times, as do many of us, particularly I must say at our age. It certainly doesn't help when people make unnecessary hurtful comments. These comments and the fact that they feel the need to be critical says a lot about them and nothing whatsoever about you. We all think you're doing a wonderful job on here Nisha, so keep on doing what you're doing and try to ignore the very few mean folk that end up here. We don't want them either. This is one big reason why I have not started a KZbin channel. I have thought about it many times but it puts me off worrying about criticism etc when you're just trying to help. Anyway Nisha, thanks again for another lovely video 😘

It's amazing to me that some people have nothing better to do with their time besides watch videos of women they do NOT like, just so that they can *facelessly* criticize them because it somehow makes them feel better about themselves. Sure wish we could get a good look at the brave souls behind the keyboards. No Way woud they ever show their true identity, how telling would that be? But it sure does make them feel powerful tearing apart others. If anything, you're making women who need to wear wigs feel BETTER about it. I love that you're making it more "mainstream" to wear them, rather than a necessity. Because you're right, it's just another accessory....have fun with it!! Sorry the criticism is getting to you, but just look at it this way.....it means you've "Arrived!" Lol! You're now on everyone's radar...so enjoy the good people out there and feel sorry for the bad. I think you're pretty awesome! 😊

I'm 33 and a former high school teacher. I got into KZbin because my students recommended it due to my obsession with makeup. They recommended all the young, famous, million-plus followers type of KZbinrs. I love how much I have learned from them about products and makeup techniques, but you are one of my top three KZbinrs to watch. I've even gotten friends to watch you because you're so relatable, beautiful, interesting, and talented. I adore you and your channel! Dearest Nisha, you are a truly wonderful person. I feel that when you offered reviews of your wigs it was an eye opener for me. I had no idea that such beautiful wigs are available, my past experience with wigs has not been stellar, they did not look like real hair. I am so pleased to know that there has been a renewed interest and companies are creating better quality wigs. I have a friend that has very fine hair, I am sure if she tried one of the new styles she would want to purchase one. Also, there are many ladies that through circumstances such as an illness would find the new style wigs to be a real benefit. I am so pleased that you have shared your experience with face shaving...I have been putting this off, but now have decided to give it a try. In the last year I have also decided to make more of an effort in updating my style and appearance. Thank you for your tips on makeup applications. I intend to be the best I can be at almost 65...the big day in May!!! I have watched every video Nisha, you are an inspiration to me. You are very beautiful! Regards...Anne

Heya Nisha. Firstly can I re-iterate that you are beautiful inside and out! I just don't understand why these internet trolls think they have the right to say horrid things; they really must be very sad, discontent, jealous people. You have inspired me with makeup and now I'm hunting out my long brown wig lol. Depression is a very misunderstood condition unless you've suffered. I'm peri-menopausal and my mood swings are awful (think bi-polar on crack lol) but the associated depression and loss of confidence is unbearable at times. My purse suffers too!!!! Big hugs Nisha - we all love and appreciate you xxxxxxx

Nisha, We are your friends, well, most all of us are, so never feel like you can't or shouldn't talk to us about things you want to talk to friends about. Those selfish, hateful commenters are nothing but intentional trouble makers, who have no life, and who are jealous of someone who does have a life. Those people are usually too lazy to make a life for themselves, so all they want to do is create misery and drama. If you can, always remember that you have many, many people out here who love you, and care about you and your family, and look forward to all of your videos. I loved this video! You really are very much loved! ❤

Another thing I have to say is, I wonder if people who complain about the prices of the wigs go on other peoples sites who buy 1100 LV handbags and complain to them. Some people buy wigs, some buy handbags, some buy expensive jewelry, and some buy expensive doggies. Whatever floats your boat and if you can afford it WHY THE HELL NOT! I've worn lots of wigs and have loads of fun with them. They are a blast. Just like fake nails! Have some fun!

Im going to say the same thing as others here....some people just have nothing better to do than post nasty comments without considering how much hurt they cause. I would just like to tell you just how much you have changed my life for the better. I dont say that lightly. Im a receptionist and I struggled with makeup applying, with drawing my brows, with styling my hair. Im a relatively new viewer, being about 5 months since I was lucky enough to find you. In that time, my confidence about my appearance has totally changed. I now feel like I am presenting myself at work so much more professionally. Its all down to seeing you and your wonderful videos. I love your vlog style chats! PS I adore Lisa and you so it's so nice to hear that you are friends. PPS - Pay no mind to negative nancys, you know, people say you shouldn't put yourself on the internet and that opens you up to criticism, but lets be real, how many of us would actually go up to a person in real life and be like hey, you wear too much makeup or your hair looks like crap. No one would! But a computer screen can bring out the worst in people, and that is why I always try to leave a thoughtful positive comment on people I watch, we may be in the minority on some videos, but hopefully one positive comment outweighs 10 troll ones, because the intension behind the comment comes from light and not darkness

Sorry to hear you've been feeling low. I have the same problem. I have been volunteering at my local animal shelter and taking care of the animals lifts my spirits as well. I'm not suggesting what you should do, I'm just saying what helps me. Yes, exercise helps too. I love that R. W. wig. It really helps people who are thinking of buying that wig themselves, if you sample it. I so agree with you...if certain people don't like you or what you have to say...the answer is so simple; don't watch. I love your down-to-earth style and your honesty. You have helped me in so many ways with my beauty flaws, techniques you have taught, and tools you have shown us. I still use the crimper to add body to my hair and would have never known about it if not for you! Thank you, thank you, so much! So keep doing what you have always done...sharing knowledge! Here is a bit of advice for you, years ago I had a long hair growing under my chin. I didn't shave it, I tweezed it. I continually tweezed it every time it came back but eventually it gave up! Years later and has never grown back. Take care.

hi Nisha, I had a difficult week myself my 14year old baby(doggy) passed away. She was very sick and couldnt fight any longer. She was apart of our lifes for 14 years. Were are heartbroken. I didnt want children I only wanted my dogs. At 52 that never changed or never once regretted it. I miss her so much. Hope your week gets better.

OMG I am so so sorry, my heart is breaking for you, I know what you must be going through (only dog lovers understand this) I have lost so many dogs in my life. It is going to be hard for a while, but it will get easier with time. Some people say that the best thing is to get another dog, but I couldn't do it after my last one died, we waited 4 years before we got Louis. You just have to do what feels right for you, we all deal with loss in different ways. She is in a better place now and free from pain and I am sure she had the best life with you. Thinking of you, lots of love xoxoxoNisha

For whatever reason some people feel it's their duty to be say mean things to others and be as demeaning and hurtful as possible. It's the only way they can build themselves up by tearing others down. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos. Having thin hair myself, your videos on wigs and hairpieces are enlightening. There are people who need to know it's ok to wear hairpieces. Your makeup tutorials are very helpful, since I can't afford to buy and try a lot of makeup, tutorials like yours are very important and I rely on them to save money that might have been wasted on a product that doesn't work like you would want it to. Thank you for sharing your moments of depression. A lot of us suffer from it from time to time and it's comforting to see that other people go thru the same thing. Please keep your videos coming, I live on the east coast of the United States, a housewife stuck at home raising my grandchildren, your videos brighten my day.

Nisha, toxic people are everywhere and they are just not healthy to have around. Delete them and move forward my friend. I've found that forgiving and moving on is the best thing I can do for myself when I encounter those people. Reduce toxicity! :) Keep doing what you are good at and look at your subscriber numbers 109,000 plus!

I think this vlog is honest and so many of us can relate to suffering from depression and from reacting to hurtful remarks, whether intended or just thoughtless. Your statement about shopping more when you're going through bouts of depression so rang true for me. It is our way of trying to fill that hole we feel in our universe. As for the haters, I agree with the person who said it says more about them than you. Whatever their issues are, they externalize it and make it about other people and other things. I'm sure you've heard the expression hurt people hurt people.

My darling, sweet, wonderful Nisha, this is exactly why I love and adore you so much. Your authenticity, strength, and straight talk about who you are and the issues of being on you tube is so needed in this world. I love how you handle the unpleasant comments. There is no point to the negative comments but to allow the commentators to vent. Which we all need to do, but not at the expense of others' feelings!! Goodness gracious, how old are we here? Lol, the great thing about getting older is being mature about things, isn't it? Anyway, I am 52 and so glad to have found you and your lovely videos. I watched your old one about depression a long time ago and it really helped me so much. I have struggled with that and many other issues all throughout my 52 years and it's no joke. I send you tons of love and positive energy. You are one of my most favorite people in the world. I see your heart and your beautiful attitude shining through your videos and I appreciate all you do. Keep on doing what you do. You are so needed in this world!!!

Dear Nisha1 Thank you for your gracious approach to dealing with "haters" You are lovely inside and out! You are such a wealth of information. I began watching your Christmas deco vids and learned so much. I love your style and picked up many hints. Then I discovered your makeup videos and I am a mature woman who has only used cover girl and maybelline, so it has been an education. Next I began with you vlog and loved your style and content. The wigs are the special surprise as I began with thinning hair with each of my 5 babies. Now I have very sparse fragile hair following several surgeries and began watching wig reviews 3 months ago. I purchased my first wig yesterday and today found your Scarlet comments in this vlog. How wonderful that you confirmed my first ever wig is a Reneau Scarlett. You are an amazing human. Celebrate that ever day. I will be watching and cheering from across the pond.xoxo

Hugs to you. Your wig reviews are greatly appreciated. I commented on one or two of your videos last week. The videos were fun and informative. I believe that what you are doing is a positive thing. Little did I know at the time when I was watching the wig reviews, I would likely need to purchase one. I had an MRI and received my results through my doctor's website a few days ago. It looks as though I will be having brain surgery. A large portion of the back of my head will be shaved. Of course, that isn't my only concern. Yes, vanity plays a small part in it.I try to help people, focus on my strengths, and want to take care of myself. You are extremely relatable to me, as I believe that we have a lot in common. I watch your videos over anyone else on my subscriptions list because I agree with feeling fabulous over 40. Thank you for being you, and thank you for posting the wig videos. Your timing on the wig reviews was unbelievable. I cannot stress enough that you are doing the right thing.

The wig looks so good on you! It's the FIRST wig that I've seen that actually looks natural. Some look too shiny and unrealistic. It would be so much fun to throw on a wig and not feel self conscious wondering if people can tell you're wearing a wig. I can't understand why people would leave you negative comments. You are such a lovely person inside and out. ♥ I so much appreciate your authenticity.

Hello Nisha. I found your posts not too long ago, and look forward to every post you share. You have encouraged this lady who is pushing 60 actually want to do more to make myself feel better about myself. I have battled depression most of my adult life, and certainly understand how one day can be fine, and for no reason depression can creep in and seemingly last for days or weeks. The ones who criticize are the ones speaking of situations they know both about. Your posts inspire so many of us, and I personally think you are #awesome. Thank you for just being you. ❤
